We called ahead to place our order at 6pm on 12/23/2019 for a total of 24 wings and a 5 piece biscuit and was quoted 20-25 minutes to pick up. We paid over the phone and I came in 25 minutes later and was told it would be another few minutes. 3 orders were taken for dine in and all received their food in the 15 minutes I waited before getting up and asking again. Crystal and another young lady who either doesn't work there or wasn't on the clock (she told me, I'm not working) both rolled their eyes at me for asking again. As crystal went to the back the other young lady was playing with her nails talking under her breath saying "I'm still ghetto" as if a threatening me for inquiring about my food. I'm not sure if she realizes how much of an embarrassment that comment is to herself as this is not an accomplishment of any kind. Crystal came back to the front and said "you can wait 2 minutes for your biscuits." Rudely. There was no asking or informing just demanding. Another 5 minutes pass and finally she's baggining my food and placing the honey and toppings, without gloves, on my food. She then places the bag on the counter and says nothing to me. I took my food and left, but I am ashamed at the complete disrespect and rude attitude both girls had when I was never once angry or rude to them. I will never come back to this location solely because of these two horrible children who clearly need parental guidance. I also tried calling the store to speak to the manager. Of course, crystal picked up and informed me there wasn't a manager on duty and didn't know when there would be. Absolute 0 help and still, rude as ever, even through the phone. Atl has some good wings but thats as far as it goes customers service is none existent in this place They wont take orders over the phone even if you give your credit card number to pay for the food and their website charges more than normal prices it doesnt make sense they want you to order in person and then wait for them to make it sometimes theirs a long wait so is an inconvenience when you just try to pay and pick up order they used to be way better read more

Well, I write to the corporate office regarding the bad customer service and I shouldn't have been surprise when it took several emails to the corporate office to get a response for the local store. So, I finally heard from a "Donald" apologizing and he offered me a 30% discount on my next order.  So my son loves the wings and asked for ATL wings for his birthday today.  I did not hear back from Donald on how to redeem the 30% so my husband call in the order and asked the cashier.  She stated she needed to speak to her manager about the discount.  The manager (a male) was rude and stated that he was not giving the discount because they don't even give their employees that much of a discount.  My husband explained that we had it in writing and he placed my husband on hold (said he was calling Donald).  The cashier returned and stated all she could do was 25%.  Wow!  Again another disappointing transaction.  My son insisted on the wings so my husband still purchased them.  However, I will make sure that moving forward ATL wings will not received another penny of my hard earned money for this poor customer service.  Why state 30% if you couldn't honor it!!!!! I was told this location is under new management. Honestly my experience felt like there had not been a change at all. I did an online order which was to be ready at 8:30. It was a few minutes late, no biggie. The lady who help with my order was nice and friendly. The wings from this location did not taste fresh at all. Honestly they tasted like they were prepared earlier and re-fried just prior to me walking in to get my order. In addition the french fries were very greasy and looked like the last little crumbs in the bottom of the bag. Perhaps I should've checked the bag before leaving the restaurant. Upon entering to pick up my order the dining room was covered in smoke. I had to step outside to wait for my order. I had ordered a side salad which they did not have, the website didn't tell me the location was out and since I added on bacon I was not refunded the correct amount. I received less. One of the gentleman in the kitchen packaging up the order was not wearing a hairnet and had pretty long hair. I had a huge craving for wings and had never been here before so I gave it a shot. Since it was my 1st time, I went basic and got a dozen hot wings. The inside wasn't seating customers (understandably) but it was super clean and had a chill atmosphere (figuratively and literally). The cashier was very nice and polite. I used to love their wings, but it seems like the quality has gone down significantly. I requested all flats, but received flats & drums. They provided ONE cup of ranch per dozen of wings. Yet, when you order half a dozen wings you get a cup of ranch for each half dozen. Now how does that make sense?? My expectations were high considering there name is ATL wings there sauce is how do I say not very good . There wings are nice size portion of chicken but there sauce didn't make the grade . These wings are delicious!! My husband brought some home and they were fantastic! We ordered Sweet and Tangy, Honey Mustard Barbecue, Lucky's Sweet Red, and Cajun Barbecue. My least favorite was the sweet and tangy, they reminded me of teriyaki and I am not a fan of teriyaki. But they weren't bad by any means and my husband gobbled them right up! Their fries are also delicious, thinly cut, fried perfectly, they remind me of double fried French fries. We got them plain with just a little salt, but they had a bunch of different options. I wanted to try them without all the fancy stuff for my first time. Note on the fries, a large fry is ENORMOUS!! So unless you want leftovers for days or are sharing with more than two other people get a smaller size!! We also tried the dessert biscuits with everything on them... I was instantly transported to the state fair!! Soooo yummy! They reminded me of sopapillas but nice and dense on the inside. This will be something I crave for sure! They were still warm when he got them home and had I planned ahead I would have had some Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream to go with them. The only critique I have is they didn't mark the wing containers and we had to guess at which flavors we were eating. My husband had sampled one of the flavors so he knew that one right away, but with some of their flavor names you can't tell right away which flavor it is if it isn't marked. I give this location a 0!!!! I was pissed that I even spent money here! Customer service sucks... I've been to All ATL locations and not by far is worse then this one. Not only is the service slow while dining in, the food isn't even fresh!!! I ordered boneless wings with fries and my fries were no where near crispy or looked cooked thoroughly my wings were just gross looking and dry with what it looked liked was the bottom of the barrel sauce. I hate to write bad reviews just as much as I hate bad service, but I must keep it real. ATL wings has always been a favorite of mines. But this location has disappointed me the last few visits. They have failed to put the dry rub seasoning on my chicken that I pay for, which is a big no no for me. I gave them another chance again and AGAIN it was a disappointment. Yesterday I found out their chicken prices went up, but their menu wasn't even updated. So I had to pay what they told me to pay verses what is clearly displayed on their menu. Not good customer service for us customers. Let me walk in and see the menu and decide if I want to spend that much money. To be honest, the taste of the chicken has fell off and it definitely hasn't been that good for me to pay more certainly when it's not as good as it used to be.
