Stopped by & was immediately greeted! Food was ready quickly & the new owners were very pleasant!

Was in Laveen on business and wanted a quick lunch. What great wings and service!!! Had lots of dry rub and sauce options. I went for the ATL dry rub and the Cajun spicy sauce. Wings were good size and great flavor. I also loved the fries, they were sprinkled with a seasoned salt (I think) and were some of the best I have had in a while. Service was certainly a standout. Very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and had a great vibe. I will definitely be back! I wish they had an ATL where I live! read more

Placed an order online, said it would be ready to pick up in 50 minutes, for an order of 24 wings and fries. I arrive an hour later, nothing is done. I have to wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make my food. What were they doing this entire past hour?! Other customers were going up and asking what was taking so long with their orders and all they said was 'I don't know'. Do not waste your time here, please go somewhere else. They are awful. read more

Ugh...i really wish yelp allowed half stars because I'd give it a 3 and a half however I had to go low on this mainly because I found a hair in my food. Not a small hair mind you, but a nice, 3 1/2-4 inch hair that was was nicely wrapped in with my bacon cheese fries. There's a picture for reference. My neighbors told me that this place had some of the best wings around, so I wanted to try them out. I got the the restaurant and there was a table of 4 sitting waiting on their food, and another table that had already finished but was sitting and chatting. So all and all, pretty empty. There was a man cleaning a table who greeted me when I walked in and when I got to the counter one of the cooks called for the woman to come to the counter to take my order. She was very nice and helpful. I ordered 4 different types of wings 6- ATL, 6 Garlic Parmesan, 6 Honey BBQ and 6 Citrus Chipotle, a side of the Bacon and Cheese fries and an order of the 2 biscuits (which i was told by my neighbors were to die for). I then proceeded to sit and wait.... and wait.... and wait..... and wait.... at about the 35 minute mark i started to get a little frustrated because I noticed that both cooks working were just slowly meandering about the kitchen, checking their phones and talking with a guy that was delivering some boxes. Neither of them seemed to really be concerned with fulfilling the orders (2 other groups of people came while i was waiting) in a timely fashion. They whole vibe seemed to be "you'll get it when we feel like it". Finally after waiting 42 minutes I saw my wings pop up in the window. When i saw them there I stood up and walked to the counter to try to expedite the process as much as possible. The girl came out from the back started to bag them and then asked where the cheese fries were and got upset that they called her out prior to the entire order being ready. At this point I was very frustrated. I asked her how long it would be for the rest of the order and she asked the shorter of the 2 cooks who looked at her and said with a sneer "15 seconds.....12 seconds...9, 8, 7, ..." and continued to mockingly count down. I heard the girl reprimand him saying "don't talk like that in front of customers" he just gave her a look. She had to take the fries and prep them ie: add the cheese and the bacon bits. Then was adding the ranch's to the bag and such as well, then finally I got my order and could leave. This was now 46 minutes after I placed my order. By the time i got home the bottom of the bag of wings was soaked through with grease and sauce. So I will say this. The wings were AMAZING....the biscuits also pure AMAZING. I grabbed a fork for my boyfriend to start digging through the cheese fries (which were very soggy and limp) and he asked me "is this yours?" i looked and there was a hair that was entangled in the fries (definitely not mine because it was legit in the middle of all the fries under the cheese and bacon). I think when I was there there was also like a woman from the health dept too, because the main guy (who i'm guessing was the manager) seemed to frantically be calling the owner trying to get answers and such, and it definitely did not seem like things were going well. So when it comes down to it. The wings are Very Very good. However the service- ehhh, speed - nonexistent, Food Excellent (when there's not hair in it). I would more than likely give it another shot...but i'd just have to stick to the wings and make sure I have an hour of time I don't mind losing. read more

It's pricey but the food is good. Customer service is always good. I recommend giving this place a try!

Probably the best wins I have ever had. They were a little busy tonight. The girl at the counter did warn about a longer then normal wait time. It wasn't too bad and they gave me a free drink to while I waited. Very friendly staff and the wings were awesome. read more

Let me start by saying that the wings are 5 star but the service for take-out is 3-4 stars, on a good day. ATL is a favorite of mine valley wide. The chicken is good, as in it's good quality, not gummy and the wings are a decent size. They have a lot of sauce choices and dry rubs which I like a lot. I do have one complaint that has taken my love for ATL down a notch and I hope they'll consider it as a real suggestion for the menu. I understand that you guys (ATL wings) don't "mix" sauces, but I think that doing a rub and a sauce should be an option, even if it's an up-charge. When I first started ordering from ATL, I would get my wings rubbed in ATL dry rub and then tossed in Cajun Hot sauce. I honestly can't think of a more delicious combination. But now when I call to order, I'm told that they don't do that or they can't mix the sauces, that I can be given a side, which is not the same. So hear me out ATL wings, make a DOUBLE DIP option on your menu and charge extra, I'll pay! Think of the possibilities if people could mix and match. Help me put All The Love back into my ATL wings experience. Thanks! read more

Love the food here. Always order online to get it on my way home. The staff are nice and helpful

Ms. Dee, and the ATL Wing family in Laveen has done it AGAIN! Our wings were crispy, FULLY COOKED, seasoned to perfection, and the ATL fries were YUMMY!! This is HANDS DOWN my favorite wing spot!! Oh yeah, the restaurant is super clean too! What are you waiting for!!!! DO IT! read more

First time trying ATL wings with my wife and let me tell you !!!! Everything tasted and looked delicious. Koolaid was bomb and their fries were real good. I am a fan of Wingstop but man. Idk... All I can say about ATL Wings is WOW!! Everything from the phone call to place our order to the last bite of food was excellent. The young lady working at the counter was lively, polite, and professional. Our food was piping hot, perfectly packed, and immediately ready to go when we arrived to pick up our order. The delicious and enticing smells emanating from the bag had me salivating the entire drive home. Upon opening the bag, we found boxes of plump, juicy wings enveloped in the just the right amount of rich, flavorful sauces and hot, homestyle fries lovingly drizzled with velvety cheese. It all looked as incredible as it smelled! Then... I tasted it. An amazing flavor profile exploded in my mouth like a firework at the first bite of my citrus chipotle barbecue wings. Sweetness, spice, and succulent chicken accented by the crunch of the expertly fried skin. These were the best wings I had EVER tasted! Until I tried the Toxic wings, that is. Immediately my taste buds were bombarded with fiery spices punctuated by a savory tang. My mouth burned in ecstasy with every morsel of these devilishly good hot wings, making me wish I had ordered more! Once every chicken bone was picked clean and every drop of sauce was licked up, I basked in the afterglow. I felt a kind of deep satisfaction that I hadn't felt from a meal in a very long time. This truly was soul food and I most definitely will be returning to ATL Wings in the future. If you're looking for the best wing place in Phoenix, look no further. You found it! read more

I have had generally positive experiences when coming to this ATL Wings, but tonight made me feel like I never want to come back again. I called in my order: "12 piece wings, 2 flavors. Mild and chef's special. Side order of fries and a side salad". The lady on the phone repeated the wing order and then said house salad? I repeated side salad. She said house salad again and it made me second guess my self so I said "I want a side salad, if you call it a house salad, then a side house salad". I mean they know their menu better than I do‍. She says "that comes with a drink, is that okay?" I said sure, then I gave payment information and was told 25-30 mins before ending the call. I arrive to pick up the order and identify myself. They grab a bag and hand it to me and it has 12 boneless wings and an order of fries, no salad, and they hand us a drink cup. I explain that I didn't ask for boneless wings and they offered to remake the wings which was great. While waiting, I realized that my order price was so high because they charged me for a house salad $8, instead of a side salad $3, so I went up to point out the discrepancy and see if they would correct it. The lady explained that they were out of salad and were closing and just weren't going to give me one . The wing order was ready, so she placed it in the bag and asked if I wanted her to have someone make a salad. She then grabbed another person to help with processing the refund for the difference. That was taken care of and we left with our food. I saw my receipt and discovered that that drink that was "included" actually cost me $2.59, so that was deceptive. read more

I'm all for local eating and say have some of the best tasting wings I have had only reason why I give it three stars was because the customer service honestly is such a big deal with me I want someone who is acknowledging Ing me and is taking the time out to make sure that I'm satisfied and I have everything it is I need and one of the girls who works in the front has an attitude and I come here often and it's just like if I annoy her you know it is what it isHopefully you guys fix this issue so I can continue being a customer of yours if not I'll take my business elsewhere read more

Soooo I had ATL wings from this location about 2 months ago for the first time. My Order: 6- Spicy ATL wings 6- Lemon Pepper 1- ATL fry Boy I 'bout ate my fingers off!!! The way they make the wings will have you licking every drop of sauce off your hands, your fingers, and you may even eat the bone. Needless to say I've spent about $150 since LoL...I keep going back!! The wings are meaty! The wings are delicious and the fries are bomb! You can't go wrong read more

Came in for dinner around 530p tonight and pleasantly surprised there was no line. We were greeted by everyone upon entering the restaurant and made our way to the register. Since it was our first time here, we took the time to look through the menu. We came for the wings so we focused on the different sauces they offered. They have a great mix of both dry rub and sauces. If you're unsure, ask for a sample. Another tip, wings are .75 on Tuesdays. It didn't take too long for our order to come out and we were satisfied with our wings. Our favorite was the spicy ATL dry rub! Can't wait to come back to try the other flavors! read more

Ordered online so I wouldn't get stuck waiting but when I got there I still waited 45 min after my estimated ready time. They had many people waiting and complaining about the wait time. This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend coming here. They mixed up all the orders and had them come out randomly and in pieces. This place is absolute garbage read more

Delicious wings. Crunchy, not gross and slimy, sauce is flavorful, ranch is thick and delicious. And...they have koolaid!

Poor service and unsweetened Kool Aid . This place has went downhill. Building a bar won't help. Fix the customer service

Pros- wings are good and they are served in a aluminum container to keep them hot to-go Cons - long wait. The second time I came in and cook said order up and my wings just sat there while the cashier counted out her drawer and rang up more customers. My order was wrong, both times. Apparently it happens a lot, I heard a lot of people complaining while I was there. So make sure you check it all before you leave. No napkins. No wet wipes. At least the both times I was there. Hard to eat wings without these. Pricey. Better value for the combo up the street at Wingstop. read more

Fook this place! Call this place to order food to-go, since they don't allow dine in. But they say I can't order over the phone and have to come in to do so. What kind of shite is that?!? I'll never come back to this store! Fook this place!! read more

Didn't even put me hold just sat the phone down for 30 minutes and I heard them talking joking and taking orders for customers that came in and never came back to the phone. We called ahead to place our order at 6pm on 12/23/2019 for a total of 24 wings and a 5 piece biscuit and was quoted 20-25 minutes to pick up. We paid over the phone and I came in 25 minutes later and was told it would be another few minutes. 3 orders were taken for dine in and all received their food in the 15 minutes I waited before getting up and asking again. Crystal and another young lady who either doesn't work there or wasn't on the clock (she told me, I'm not working) both rolled their eyes at me for asking again. As crystal went to the back the other young lady was playing with her nails talking under her breath saying "I'm still ghetto" as if a threatening me for inquiring about my food. I'm not sure if she realizes how much of an embarrassment that comment is to herself as this is not an accomplishment of any kind. Crystal came back to the front and said "you can wait 2 minutes for your biscuits." Rudely. There was no asking or informing just demanding. Another 5 minutes pass and finally she's baggining my food and placing the honey and toppings, without gloves, on my food. She then places the bag on the counter and says nothing to me. I took my food and left, but I am ashamed at the complete disrespect and rude attitude both girls had when I was never once angry or rude to them. I will never come back to this location solely because of these two horrible children who clearly need parental guidance. I also tried calling the store to speak to the manager. Of course, crystal picked up and informed me there wasn't a manager on duty and didn't know when there would be. Absolute 0 help and still, rude as ever, even through the phone.
