I ordered 12 wings, split into six hot and six salt and vinegar, with bleu cheese for the hot wings. It all came to $23.32 plus tip, after I applied a 25% off code. Seemed kind of high I ordered at 6 PM on a Wednesday and they arrived via DoorDash in 30 mins. Good service there. The wings were a mixed bag however. Sometimes you get strange bleu cheese from wing places, trying to give you something unique but often ending up just strange. ATL has good bleu cheese, made traditionally. The Hot wings were nicely sauced, if a bit small. The Salt and Vinegar wings were disappointing: they must've forgotten the seasoning cuz I didn't taste salt nor vinegar. Last Friday my son and I decided we wanted wings for lunch. Figured it was a quick easy lunch since we were at training for the day. This was obviously a huge mistake. We walked in and placed our order. 1 order of boneless wings with seasoned fries and a drink and 1 order of traditional wings with seasoned fries and a drink (both orders 10 wings). The girl that took our order never said anything like "it will be about a half hour" or "there are several orders ahead of you". We waited about 35 minutes. Now we had already drank our drinks and were looking at the clock because at this point we had 10 minutes to get back to class. I went to the counter and asked to change the order to go since we didn't have time to wait. We were told at this point that there were several big orders ahead of ours and that the cook was working on ours now. Had I known this information prior or when we placed the order, I would have went somewhere else so we wouldn't be late. Yes, unfortunately the business would have lost an ORDER but I think that would have been better than what they lost. This blunder cost them a CUSTOMER. First, we attempted to call in the order, but they inform us that they will not drop the wings until we get there... What is the point of calling in an order if they aren't ready when we arrive? The flavor of the wings themselves were very good and fried perfectly! We ordered a 24 piece half honey barbecue half ATL style and a large fry which was not so large, and there were lots of tiny pieces like I got the end of the bag of fries. Their price per wing was about two dollars which is pretty expensive but if you'd like wings the wouldn't be a bad option just not our first option taste and price wise but I wouldn't say I wouldn't get them again. The wing flavors are outstanding. Since new owners/ management has taken over the customer service has been amazing. It doesn't feel like a hot oven anymore. You don't leave smelling like chicken either. ( if you used to go to the location before the closure you would remember how HOT it always was, and how even if you only spent 5 minutes inside waiting you smelled of chicken) Wings are prepared fast and they even have a small bar. It's so cute inside now. Can't wait to order more often. This place was closed for a while and re-opened under new management and ownership, and wow - they changed it all. The seating area was spotless, the floors were clean, the place smelled delicious and those who work there looked happy. I ordered my food, got it, and then headed home. Not only was the food hot and fresh, but it was packaged neatly - no two flavors were touching and no sauce dripping out. The wings were phenomenal and I can't wait till I go back and try more flavors. This is easily better than any of the big-name wing places out here in Laveen. I have been buying wings for YEARS from ATL Wings, since they've been on the scene out in Chandler and today I have had it with them. Especially this Laveen location. 1. I placed my order online, they gave me a pick-up time. I arrived at that time. My wings weren't done until 40 minutes AFTER that time. 2. There's a sign in their establishment that says... "Extra Costs Extra" I ordered my wings all drums, $1 more and half my order are FLATS! 3. I ordered the flavors Chefs Special and Honey BBQ, I can't tell the difference between each flavor because there's barely ANY sauce on any of the wings. Hence, why I had to resort to throwing a little Sweet Baby Rays on my wings and putting them in the air fryer to actually cook them well. ‍ 4. Oh, and you see I ordered my food online because after being on hold for 20 minutes the line miraculously hung up. This happens alllll.... the time.
