This restaurant is clean. The service is great. They have self serve kiosk or someone will take your order personally. They offer delivery through DoorDash as well. Whenever i walk in i usually get a blue koolaid and it's always delicious . Never had any issues. My favorite flavor is the bold ranch. I just want to give a shout out to how CLEAN it is in there every time i go!!!! But overall they have the best wings in the area and some cool staff. read more

Visited on a Thursday evening. 7:30pm ish. The girl working the register was not friendly at all. It's always a hit or miss. More miss than anything. Walked up to the register and didn't even bother to greet us. Just stood there until we asked to place the order. Took our order with an attitude the whole time and she took out order wrong and was upset when I corrected her. We sat down and about 10 ish minutes later we got out food at the counter "here's your food" and that's it. We paid for extra saucy and did not get it at all. Went back up and told her if we can get them "tossed again" and no answer. She asked for the wings. Grabbed the sauce from the back and just drizzled it on top and handed it back all while at the register. No apology or anything. Don't expect much from this place. read more

ATL Wings - AZ3320 - Hot wings and ranch. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Over all it was a decent experience . I was very hesitant at first because of all the bad reviews but it was literally the closest location to me to gave it a try . The restroom was closed and the kool aid was empty were really the only issues the girl up front was nice . The wings could have been more crispy but over all it was a decent experience. read more

Arizona and no cups for water? Sorry I left the big tip before finding that out. Other than that the experience was ok.

Hands down the best wing spot i ever tried . Can't go wrong with their Atl style . They always make the wings nice and crispy the way I request . read more

First time at this ATL Wings or any other for several years. Been going to Wingstop but the one in Laveen has become unreliable. I ordered 12 wings, split into six hot and six salt and vinegar, with bleu cheese for the hot wings. It all came to $23.32 plus tip, after I applied a 25% off code. Seemed kind of high I ordered at 6 PM on a Wednesday and they arrived via DoorDash in 30 mins. Good service there. The wings were a mixed bag however. Sometimes you get strange bleu cheese from wing places, trying to give you something unique but often ending up just strange. ATL has good bleu cheese, made traditionally. The Hot wings were nicely sauced, if a bit small. The Salt and Vinegar wings were disappointing: they must've forgotten the seasoning cuz I didn't taste salt nor vinegar. Again, pretty small wings, so it looks like ATL Wings doesn't pay for premium chicken wings. For the price they charged, the wings should've been meatier. read more

Horrible customer service they have employees standing around and they still want us to use the self ordering kiosk that charges a fee for using once order was completed they don't give drink cups anymore they said I had to wait till my food was done to get my cup read more

Horrible customer service and fries that are harder than a rock! The cashier Nataya was rude, we greeted her since she didn't greet us and she completely ignored me and just stared at me. The food was cold and the fries were burnt/old. The wings were as well cold and burnt and we spent a good amount of money for nasty food! This place is terrible and I will make sure the other 2 ladies that went with me leave a bad review especially since we weren't greeted but Nataya was greeting people of her color but not us! read more

I have had this place a few times especially Uber eats Last time my order was completely wrong. Like they didn't even read the directions on how one order should have been made. Plus no drink. It was a meal. I was disappointed to say the least. I'll most likely never order from here again. Sadly read more

I haven't even tried their food yet and I am completely disgusted with the fact that they force you to include a tip before they will process your order online. You are forcing me tip you on something that has yet to be provide, such as good service or good food. How can you even think about requesting a tip without providing something for it first?? And let's also include that fact that I am driving to get it. read more

Very hard boneless wings, im sure it was done on purpose after we had complained about our order being wrong smh.

Last Friday my son and I decided we wanted wings for lunch. Figured it was a quick easy lunch since we were at training for the day. This was obviously a huge mistake. We walked in and placed our order. 1 order of boneless wings with seasoned fries and a drink and 1 order of traditional wings with seasoned fries and a drink (both orders 10 wings). The girl that took our order never said anything like "it will be about a half hour" or "there are several orders ahead of you". We waited about 35 minutes. Now we had already drank our drinks and were looking at the clock because at this point we had 10 minutes to get back to class. I went to the counter and asked to change the order to go since we didn't have time to wait. We were told at this point that there were several big orders ahead of ours and that the cook was working on ours now. Had I known this information prior or when we placed the order, I would have went somewhere else so we wouldn't be late. Yes, unfortunately the business would have lost an ORDER but I think that would have been better than what they lost. This blunder cost them a CUSTOMER. My advice to the business, have respect for your customers and let them know what is going on. Don't keep them in the dark just to make a sale. Poor professionalism read more

Asked for the top to be left off my wings until I arrive because I like crispy wings. Requesting crispy wings then closing the top on them defeats the purpose of crispy. They'll be soggy as hell by the time I get there and get them home. Manager said it's a health hazard which is absurd to me since nothing has ever happened to me when food that I pay for is prepared the way I like it. Then the manager said I could come in and order like nah. That defeats the purpose of online ordering. Who wants to wait for food unless you're dining in. No one. Yelp really needs to start allowing 0 stars. read more

We usually frequent Sauced and Loaded wings over any other wing place in Arizona but we where in the area so we thought we'd give them a try. First, we attempted to call in the order, but they inform us that they will not drop the wings until we get there... What is the point of calling in an order if they aren't ready when we arrive? The actual place itself was clean, some areas sectioned off with tape, customer service isn't bad but could be better. The young lady kept saying, "is that cool with you and oh my bad". The flavor of the wings themselves were very good and fried perfectly! We ordered a 24 piece half honey barbecue half ATL style and a large fry which was not so large, and there were lots of tiny pieces like I got the end of the bag of fries. Their price per wing was about two dollars which is pretty expensive but if you'd like wings the wouldn't be a bad option just not our first option taste and price wise but I wouldn't say I wouldn't get them again. Will definitely try again for hopefully a better review. read more

The wing flavors are outstanding. Since new owners/ management has taken over the customer service has been amazing. It doesn't feel like a hot oven anymore. You don't leave smelling like chicken either. ( if you used to go to the location before the closure you would remember how HOT it always was, and how even if you only spent 5 minutes inside waiting you smelled of chicken) Wings are prepared fast and they even have a small bar. It's so cute inside now. Can't wait to order more often. Phone orders are not made until you arrive and pay in person so that is the only downside but like I said I didn't have to wait long. read more

I have been buying wings for YEARS from ATL Wings, since they've been on the scene out in Chandler and today I have had it with them. Especially this Laveen location. 1. I placed my order online, they gave me a pick-up time. I arrived at that time. My wings weren't done until 40 minutes AFTER that time. 2. There's a sign in their establishment that says... "Extra Costs Extra" I ordered my wings all drums, $1 more and half my order are FLATS! 3. I ordered the flavors Chefs Special and Honey BBQ, I can't tell the difference between each flavor because there's barely ANY sauce on any of the wings. Hence, why I had to resort to throwing a little Sweet Baby Rays on my wings and putting them in the air fryer to actually cook them well. ‍ 4. Oh, and you see I ordered my food online because after being on hold for 20 minutes the line miraculously hung up. This happens alllll.... the time. I normally let all this slide, because the wings are darn good, HOWEVER not today and not the last few times. Whoever is running this ship, needs to get a hold to this situation, quickly! My reviews are always constructive criticism. I write this in hopes that it allows ATL Wings to be better. We just need to be better, period! read more

This location operates very different than the others I've been too. I ordered online to give it a try. Food was great and that's the star rating. --1 Star!I do have to comment on the employees which I normally don't do. They first couldn't find my order. Then said I didn't order. Then said I needed to produce an order number which I first had and showed them. Then they proceeded to tell me my food wasn't ready despite the online confirmation saying it was. Then all of a sudden they grab a bag which was there the entire time and say oh here it is. We spend good money here for wings but if this is how you will proceed with customers. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I drove by and noticed this place was open late so I had to stop by. First and foremost, I was greeted with a huge smile and positive vibes. This place was closed for a while and re-opened under new management and ownership, and wow - they changed it all. The seating area was spotless, the floors were clean, the place smelled delicious and those who work there looked happy. I ordered my food, got it, and then headed home. Not only was the food hot and fresh, but it was packaged neatly - no two flavors were touching and no sauce dripping out. The wings were phenomenal and I can't wait till I go back and try more flavors. This is easily better than any of the big-name wing places out here in Laveen. For those of you coming here for the first time, I highly recommend the chefs special on some traditional bone-in wings. read more

Best wings in south phx the lady in the front was nice and the cook did an excellent job will recommend this spot to all my people!!

I went here hoping to get something better than Buffalo Wild Wings and was disappointed. The wings were tough. Not good. The hot sauce was good and so was the ranch dressing. The staff, at first, were on their phones when we walked it. They got right up when we came in but the cash register made lady acted disinterested until I tipped her, then she got a lot friendlier. So, the food was subpar and the service was so so. I don't think I'll be back. read more

My husband, our daughter and I went in to order to go. We got the order screen with no greeting from Nataya. She just said that doesn't work and then said how can I help you with an attitude. My husband ordered a #1 12 piece wing large meal and got my son a #2 10 piece boneless wing medium meal and noticed it was almost $50. I looked at the screen and the prices did not match the board even for the up charge for large. Husband's meal was over $24 and the board had $20.20. Then my son's meal was over $19 when the board showed $14.50. We paid but she never gave us a receipt. When our order went through it printed. I asked Nataya about the price differences and at first she had no answer and then said prices must have went up. She was not helpful or nice in any capacity. As we waited my husband asked for receipt and she said it was out of paper even other's got their receipts and we seen it print. We asked for manager and there was no management on site. She said they rarely come in. It was an overall horrible experience and I definitely will not be back to this location. Ensure you look at what you are paying for compared to the board. Management should take pride ensuring accurate pricing and making sure employees are personable to everyone. read more

Always amazing customer service and food never disappoints. Absolutely zero complaints

Where do I begin!! Ugg!! First I ordered my food and waited, then I hear an order being called that order AFTER me ok, that's fine , then I hear ANOTHER order that was placed after me being called!!!...I only ordered 12piece boneless, buffalo fries and honey biscuits. It's not rocket since and orders need to be called in the manner they were placed!! Ok check my food and my buffalo fries don't have any buffalo sauce on them...like WTF is the purpose of buffalo fries if the actual fries are dry... By this time I was just ready to go! Get home and saw the boneless wings, these have got to be the most pathetic wings I have seen in my life! The wings are the size or a quarter!! And they had the nerve to only put 11 instead of 12! SMH!! They are to EXPENSIVE for the quality of food!! Giving 2 stars just because the honey biscuit were good!! read more

Food is terrible. I ordered their #1 med. It was dry and it was not fresh. From looks of it, it looks like it was someone else's order that they did not want and they passed it down to me. I did not got what I wanted because it was still hot it was not mild at all. The lady that waited on us had an attitude like it she was being bothered by us. It was a mistake coming to this place. It was over priced. For the priced I paid at Wing stop I could have had wing, corn, fries and drinks for two. This is the last time I'm coming to ATL. read more

i ordered my food online through the websites order online service, so my review will be targeted to that. service was very good. when i ordered my food online, the store wasnt busy at all, so my meal got made quite quickly, however the woman in the front did talk about the place getting busier later on. so i would be aware about that if you get food from them later in the day. the woman who helped me out, served my fries as i got there instead of letting it run cold in the bag which was so nice of her. it really made my day and we had a good little conversation. ambiance was chill and not too rushed. so overall, the experience was friendly, thoughtful, and quick when i got my food around the afternoon! read more
