Awful location. We placed an order online for pickup 3 hours before we actually needed to pick up the order. We showed up and it took them 50 minutes to bring out our order. What is the point of having an online platform to order ahead if your restaurant can't even have the food out on time? There were several others waiting for their food as well in our same situation and just as frustrated. We have not had this issue at other ATL wing locations so I'm assuming this is the norm for this location. Whatever manager is running this location and their employees clearly don't have a clue on operating a business efficiently. It's fast food NOT rocket science. I'm not sure how they could mess this up so badly. read more

This place has great wings. Everytime I come here I get taken care of. Alex is phenomenal, and goes above and beyond to take care of business. read more

I just had this most bizarre encounter at your power and main location that has me totally baffled. First let me start by saying I LOVE YALL WINGS. And specifically come to this location (use to a lot) because there was this manager that was so engaging and just set and created the experience, really amazing guy. Nonetheless, on 11/4/2023 around 11am, I placed my first order it was roughly $25 and when the woman (no idea her name) handed me the kids drink the entire top of the drink had soda on the lid. I went to grab it from her and when I did I tilted it to let the drink on top of the lid waste on the ground instead of myself or my truck. When I did this she wasn't paying attention to handing it to me and a couple drops hit her finger (I can't tell you if it was from me tilting the drink or because SHE OVER FILLED THE DRINK. NEVERTHELESS, she made like an "huh" sound rolled her eyes and shut the window on me. I thought it was rude but let it go. When leaving I realized I got wings instead of tenders for the kids meal, so I came back to the store, through the drive thru and told them I meant to order the tenders. I saw the lady helping the people in front of me but when I pulled up she had someone else come to the window. He took my card charged me then the manager comes. And I'm sorry but you guys can't be serious? His audacity is what made me want to lose it completely. The very young man said sir can I ask you a question, confused I said sure he said "did you throw some of that drink on my employee"? WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS SO DISTURBED AND DISAPPOINTED that he asked me this question, so, I said "you can't be serious" he's like no I am. Listen at this point, I get it. I understand you want to protect your employees, but, what is even that sir? You really tried me on level that I never expected. First and foremost most, she had gloves on.....I paid $30 for this overpriced food that you got wrong to begin with and then to you're going to literally create a hostile environment by entertaining this delusional employee of yours? What in the world would possess him to even approach me like that is weird and so unprofessional and I hope someone teaches both of them basics of customer Service. Also, you have camera footage. Watch it, and afterwards please take it as a learning experience. I won't be back. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Great food and great people!! The owner of the place is a great dude. VERY clean place everytime I walk in and eat

Done with this place. I've come here at least 3x a month for the last 6 months and it's only gotten worse and worse. I've resorted to doing online orders since they never seem to pick up the phone. I order ahead in plenty of time and regularly show up 5-10 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. The last 3 visits I walk in and no one is at the front counter or comes out and I'm usually waiting for at last 5 additional minutes. 2 times ago, my order just sat there in the window so long that I just went and grabbed it and left. No one even noticed. This week, I arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I wait for 2 minutes before starting the timer below to see how long it takes. After 3.5 more minutes a girl walks out and tells me my order isn't ready. I explain it was supposed to be ready 12 minutes ago. She says that online orders aren't priority but they are working on that. Not "priority"? Weird. I didn't see that on the online order form or posted anywhere. That's a strange policy. Oh also, the order was wrong. Thanks ATL! read more

Wings are outstanding. I had the ATL rub. Could not recommend them more. The staff was friendly and helpful

The best ATL location!! Jesse is the nicest and has the best customer service! My husband and I always prefer this location

This was a first visit to this location. Kind of skeptical because it kind of always looks closed. Still wanted to try. The female cashier was nice enough. Greeted quickly and attended to between drive thru orders perfectly fine. The issue was the food itself unfortunately. I ordered and paid for all flats on my combo of garlic parm and lemon pepper. As you can see i got 4 out of 10 flats only. When I checked before leaving the leg was covered. Any way not that big a deal but THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR TO EITHER DRY RUB. Barely any there at all. Chicken was chewy and over fried. The fries end of the bag clearly. Small peices and crumbs and no atl seasoning as asked for. This was a TO Go order so disappointed to get home and be very underwhelmed. Ranch was not ranch tasted like mayo. Was asked if all was well but like I said glancing in the bag was seeming not enough. read more

I got the boneless wings. It was all breading, overly fried, hard and dry with no meat. It was very, very small pieces. When she handed me the bag--I thought she had forgotten to put the chix in because it hardly weighed anything. Horrible. Will never go back! read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I gave this place 3 chances and each time my experience has gotten progressively worse. The food here is okay but overpriced for what you get. Today I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry for lunch and it was $18. To top it off I got home and they forgot my sauce for the sandwich and the fries were cold. The sandwich was average and very underwhelming and seemed like it has been sitting out for awhile. My other gripe with this place is that they make you sign an iPad when paying where it automatically prompts for a tip. To bypass the tip you have to select "other", hit "0" and then fumble back to the sign in screen while hanging out your car window. It would be nice to see contactless payment. I don't want to touch a dirty iPad or feel guilted into tipping at a fast food place. read more

I've seen this place for some time but never realized it was a drive through. Took a chance on their wings and was not disappointed! We will definitely be back. read more

After taking some time away I decided to give this location a try again. Glad I did because it seems like they've got things turned around! Placed my online order and it was ready on time, the gentlemen working the counter were all incredibly attentive and friendly! The suns special sauce is amazing,. Everything came as ordered, still hot. Kudos to whoever's running this location now you're doing well read more

I had the ranch wings and WOW!!! Best wings ever and the ATL fries we very good too. The people who work here are so nice.

ATL is consistent with their wings. Not my absolute favorite but definitely in the top 3. I know I'm always going to get a good meal here. nothing really stood out that put this location above and beyond or over the top until I was on my way out. Don't get me wrong, the place is clean, the service was great, the food was great. No complaints whatsoever. However, on my way out one of the employees named Richard said "thanks for coming in we appreciate your business". I walked outside and I was thinking about that. It blew me away because I haven't heard that in so long. How many businesses truly appreciate their customers. Usually the service dictates their true appreciation for customers but hearing it really made me realize how powerful that truly is. Hats off to Richard and the rest of the crew at this location! read more

Ate at this new location for ATL Wings this past Saturday. They did a good job fixing up the old KFC. Place was very clean with a cool vibe. Service and food was great and felt safe eating on site while enjoying the hoops on the big screen. Great addition to the neighborhood! read more

Great service and wings. All you want in wings. Dry rub, saucy and even boneless. Salad was fresh and plentiful. Definitely will go again. read more

I was driving on my way home and my wife said ATL Wings is here. I pulled a u-turn and had some darn fine crispy flavorful wings. Oh, I am so happy to have an awsome chicken wing place to go to and not have to have mediocre wings anymore in East Mesa. ATL Wings is my place to go for awsomeness read more

Service was great and the wings were too! I especially liked the teriyaki flavor and my husband loved the cajun.

I wasn't happy with the wings . They were gross. I ordered bone in combo meal ATL style and what I got were tough wings and I ended up throwing them away. I will never go back read more

Tried it was good, however check your order prior to leaving. Wings were on small size but very good.

Over priced! The wings where okay :/ I ve had better

Tasty wings. Saucy but not goopy. We had the habanero honey barbecue sauce at the recommendation of the MOST helpful and friendly counter worker, and they were delicious! Oh, and the deep fried biscuits are not to be missed! Yummy! read more

Worker couldn't even put his phone down to greet me. $63+ order all shoved into one bag. This resulted in a busted ranch lid and a busted bean lid. So I've got ranch and beans all over everything in the bag. The boneless wings are some of the smallest I've seen. Also are the fries supposed to be a soggy mess? I ate some on my way home and they were just flaccid. Not a good first impression, and not like I've had at other ATLs. read more

ATL is always my go to spot when it comes to wings! Walking in Adrian the guy at the counter is always there to greet with the biggest smile, absolutely love his energy. I went in a few weeks ago and the owner-Mike I believe-hooked it up with their newest item on the menu which was the hot sauce pizza and it did not disappoint! It's even good cold! 10/10 read more

Did a google review as well! This place is amazing! Owner was there and explained the whole menu to us. Why aren't there 200 of these locations. They blow everyone else away.... you have my business for sure. Well Done!. I had their new chicken wrap with Cajun Hot on the side. Wings we had chefs special --- do yourself a favor, you have to try this place out! read more

I Love this place! It is so good! Good service! FreshBone in Wings food! Ranch is so good! Always accurate!

Worst experience I've ever had... this is highway robbery... we ordered a 10 piece boneless and got the bottom of thr bag... literally. Each piece is tinier than my pinky, it's disgusting to know a business that we love going to operates like this... easy to say I'll never be goimg back EVER. Jessi was amazing!!! Was the best drive thru person I have ever had at any restaurant he deserves a raise for sure! thank you :)

OK where do I start? The price isn't the worst nor the best, but I would highly recommend going to valley wings or even wings from Little Caesars for that matter which is sad ASF. Ended up in this place sadly because valley wings in Apache Junction is now closed and I was unaware until arriving there. Now, because I didn't want to drive 34 minutes to the next valley wings, we ended up in this place. 15 minute drive time and 30 minutes wait time is actually how long it took to get my food and that is from the moment I walked thru the door straight to the counter to the lady Delivering my food to my table, which was probably the nicest thing of the whole experience. I got a drumstick, probably the size of a chicken tender, immediately I just left it to the side as I knew it was gonna be undercooked and somewhat of a watery texture. Some of the other wings had a little bit of that texture as well and after eating 5 1/2 wings I had to stop eating as I got grossed out. I then proceeded to pick up the tender wing as I call it and began to shred it with my fingers and sure enough it had some blood. I thought about addressing the issue to someone up in the front, but even with all four staff members in the kitchen, somehow they still managed to give orders all late. For instance there was a DoorDash delivery driver who had been waiting for sometime for what ended up being two orders, and when he got his first he asked how much longer would it take for the order to be ready. A staff member said oh we're just bagging that order right now and it must've been a hell of a bag because it took about 10 minutes for the guy to get his order. Last but not least I walked my self to the bathroom so I can wash up, but I immediately got kicked out by the stench of sewer coming out of the piping. My wife and I thought about taking leftovers for later, but after that, we just got up and left and won't be coming back...pardon my french but fuck this place. read more

I do recommend this restaurant for wings. I do takeout when I order from them and usually order a twelve piece order of wings. I went there today and ordered my usual however when I got home which is about ten minutes away I found the wing tough and barely warm. Not sure what happened today, different cook??? Or people in kitchen taking orders. I will be back , hopefully this was just a glitch. read more

Oh how the mighty have fallen. What began as a shining light in eternal darkness, the once great ATL wings has shown their hand to be one of insane prices, lackluster food, and straight up bad service over and over again. I understand that chicken wings are in high demand and thus the cost will be a bit higher, but if patrons are going to pay these prices then the managers of the stores need to improve significantly. Stop arguing with people when you make a mistake and just fix it. Until then, Wingstop it is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

Some of the best wings in the Valley. This location is significantly better than the location on Stapley. I get mine extra crispy, and they don't disappoint. They source proper, meaty wings, and the sauce is on-point. Friendly staff. read more
