We had 10 xerox boxes that we needed shredded, and we didn't want to have to haul it somewhere. RW Lonestar not only comes to your establishment in record time (our appointment was scheduled within 72 hours from the time I called) but they shred on-site, take credit cards for payment, and provide a certificate. It took all of 15 minutes, maybe, and we were charged just the minimum for 1 container which is $95. 1 container equals 10 boxes, but if we had more than 10 boxes, it would have cost us only $45 for each container / 10 boxes after that. Two men showed up, both lovely guys who were smiling and happy to help. Randy and Christina who I worked with on the phone were also very friendly. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer.
