I would give them a great review and I think my dad would agree. Although he didn't like it, they…read moremake the residents get out of bed and congregate around the nurses station 2 times a day. They have activities for them to engage in and they were always willing to help me with my dad. The place isn't fancy however it doesn't need to be. It didn't smell of nursing home and it gave a rather welcoming atmosphere. I only gave it a 4 because there was 1 staff who wasn't too concerned when my dad was having issues at the end. Otherwise, nurses, CNA's, receptionists, cooks, Admins. THEY CARE at Arcadia Care in Morris!! The admin gentlemen even took the time to MEET my dad prior to his admission - you don't see that often! The nursing and CNA staff - treat you like family! Thank you !! Kim Schieberl- Fisher daughter of (Mr Glen ) Schieberl

I strongly advise against this facility. During my father's five-week stay, his care was subpar. On Friday, June 24, 2026, my father pressed the call bell to request assistance in reaching the bathroom. The nurse responded, turned off the call, and would informed the CNA. Two hours later, the CNA arrived, and my father inquired about the delay. The CNA explained that she had not been informed that my father required assistance. She assisted my father in standing, but he subsequently defecated all the way down to his new shoes. The following day, when I visited, my father recounted the incident and requested that I clean his new shoes. During my visit, the same CNA expressed her distress over the previous day's events but was unaware that my father had been in need of assistance.
