This ATI has been a great experience! I've had debilitating lower back problems for years & I've tried many different treatments including shots, therapy, chiropractors, etc. For the first time in years I've had a lot less pain, more strength & energy, & I've been able to start doing things I used to do before the pain took over my life. The therapists here really listen to what I'm saying & they develop care plans based on my feedback. It's not a one size fits all approach like so many other places. The staff is sincere & caring & most of all empathetic to my feelings. If I'm more sore one day, they adjust my exercises to accommodate that. And for the first time I feel like my pain & discomfort are validated rather than being made to feel like it's no big deal. My wife went in for therapy for her walking with arthritis and Parkinson, but she also was COPD. When the she got of of breath due to the COPD and wanted to rest, they threatened to report her to the insurance company for not cooperating. They were so mean to her she came home in tears. read more
