I highly recommend Pro-Motion Physical Therapy. It is guaranteed that you will be treated by a highly trained therapist. I saw Paul for my knee after a minor arthroscopic procedure, and I have fully recovered. I was babying my knee for months before the procedure, but Paul has me functioning back at optimal levels. AWFUL! Do not go to this business. I was told that they would honor my in network rates since they are out of network and I wanted to have treatment in town. Well they did NOT do that. They charged out of network until my deductible was met. So I had to pay an extra 1,700.00 in deductibles. Than they started charging the in network rates. Jane insisted that she was correct in her math. WRONG! She told me I agreed to that. I did NOT. So she lied. She is sneaky and clever in her mixed words. Beware! She is a SNAKE! Do NOT trust her. Her and Paul are out for the money only. They don't care about you at all. That could have been my last 1,700 bucks before I lost my house and Jane would have not give a crap at all. Jayne and Paul Humphries are exceptional people who genuinely care about their patients. I've read these reviews and the person who received the invoice for $1200 should have spoken to Jayne. I too received the initial invoice, but this is because the system mailed it automatically. When I brought it in to discuss it with her, she explained the issue and it was completely cleared up. I only ever owed my co-pay. They are gentle, careful and incredibly busy. I never felt rushed out, she always took the time needed. I learned so much about my issue and she helped me learn to take care of myself, get ahold of my headaches. They're also WONDERFUL to their employees, and I witnessed this every time I went. They'd walk around and offer a bottle of water. I went for just over six months three days a week. I got to know them and their employees well. They are truly legit. Give them a try!!! read more

For a year I was having constant pain in my right shoulder, and held off going to see a doctor, because of other medical issues. I finally went to see my doctor and he recommended Physical Therapy. After a horrible experience at ATI down the street, I was very anti-physical therapy. Pro-Motion totally changed that opinion. I was not shuffled around to different therapists who walked away and told me to exercise on my own like ATI. At Pro-Motion, I had the same therapist (Paul) each time I went. He explained to me exactly why he was doing each task and what was causing the pain and inflammation. Both Paul and Jayne are highly qualified and have trained all over the world. I would have given this business 5 stars except billing is sloppy (I was charged for a missed appointment that had never been scheduled and was never given payment receipts) and they are inflexible about charging for missed appointments. I called the day before to reschedule and was still charged for a missed appointment because it wasn't a full 24 hours. read more

The best Physical therapy ever! Both my husband and myself have gotten therapy for 2 different injuries each from Pro Motion and both times they have been the professional and cured my injury. My Dr asked if I had a preference for therapy and I told him I live near Pro Motion, he went on and on about how great Jane and Paul are and they take excellent care of their patients. I'd been having back problems and being referred here it was explained to me in great detail by Paul that it was more than just my back that was the cause. He was very thorough about my therapy always concerned with how I was feeling in between sessions and before I left. I was actually recommended by someone who went to Paul who lived two hours away and was in town on business. And when my therapy was complete he encouraged me to come back if I ever had any questions or concerns and there would be no charge for it. read more

They will say anything to get you as a client and then not follow through. This was an "out of network" provider for us. They promised to only charge us as if it were in network. Then... they sent us a $1,200 bill when all of that would have been covered by an in network provider. They are very unscrupulous, and I would beware, and get everything in writing. read more

I went to Pro-Motion physical therapy because of a pinched nerve in my neck. I had been in severe pain with numbness in my fingers. Within 3 visits I felt 50% better after having gone to chiropractor and massage therapy with no relief. My son also had to have physical therapy and was also greatly helped for a neck injury after numerous visits to the chiropractor did not help him. I cannot give enough credit to Paul for his skill and knowledge in treating these types of injuries. He is caring and professional and he won't waste your time. If you can be helped, he will help you. The bottom line is that I would go nowhere else if I needed physical therapy. These people are the best. read more

Jayne and Paul are not even worthy of one star. I had cash in hand ready to pay for first visit as discussed on phone. At the appt.I was rudely told they would not see me unless I gave all insurance info. I was paying in cash. When I nicely asked if I could please begin treatments on a cash basis I was told I was wasting their time and to please leave. When you watch their videos on their website do not believe them. They are out for money (insurance). They are not out for the care of a persons injuries. I walked away hurting. read more
