Beware!!!!!!! The staff (local PT's and assistants) were fine, the billing is a nightmare! Good luck getting it straightened out when all calls go to the Philippines! They don't provide an email to send documentation (that contradicts your patient portion responsibility) . You talk in circles constantly repeating name, address, phone, etc. Corporate could care less that you have reached you copay, deductible and out of pocket max (OOPM) for the year. They just keep sending bills to you, neglecting to contact BCBS (or other insurers) to straighten out any billing errors. Stay far away from any ATI Physical therapy locations. They will make any health issue you have much worse! Also make sure you are fluent in foreign languages, medical billing coding, have hours, days, weeks and months (my experiance) dealing with ATI customer DIS service, insurers, your HR Dept. And for me contacting the Illinois attorney general filing a consumer complaint against ATI. They are scum of the earth! read more

I've been going here for a month. 2 PT's has been working with me, Chrissy and Heather. I can't say enough good things about these girls. They work great with me. After Dr. Rezin did my shoulder surgery I'm feeling much better, thank you girls. They make you feel like you've known them all your life, very comfortable. The whole staff is great. Since I'm someone that evidently likes to learn things the hard way, I have been through this place several times, BUT never for the same injury twice. (that has to be a good sign of a job well done right?) I've gone to multiple different Physical Therapy places but I enjoy this one the most. Staff is great! Enjoyable as both knowledgeable professionals & just good people. On my next injury, which is bound to happen, probably sooner than later, I'll definitely go back to ATI. read more

hi my name is don siegel i am a farmer . i had complete knee replacement on 12 -7 -2023 . it did not go as a normal surgery should . i had complications after the surgery . that set my physical therapy back by 3 weeks . thank god for ati physical therapy in minooka, illinois . jason is the first one i seen and he knows the human body , and is very good at what he does . abby , gabby , heather , were the main people i seen . nicole and daniel where also very helpful . minooka is like a family .it's a happy environment that makes the sessions go much easier . they all work together and do it very well . i looked forward to going to therapy . i went every day for about 5 weeks, then i went three times a week . i have had 48 visits and have 2 left . i am about to start planting and putting in very long hours everyday . i would never be ready for that if it was not for the ati in minooka . it is not a piece of cake. but thats what i needed . thank god they know what they are doing . its a great place . i recomend it for any kind of therapy you might need . i give it 5 stars. thank you ati don siegel read more

I went to ATI after an awful spine injury that resulted in a surgery, 8 weeks of immobility, and 4+ months of not being able to work. I have Aetna insurance and when the deductibles reset at the beginning of the year I asked what my charges would be. ATI does a fantastic job of making sure NO ONE in their stores knows ANYTHING about billing. I never received a straight answer. After weeks of going for therapy, I showed up to a session only to learn that my insurance cut me off, but they stated they charge $100 cash for the session if I still wanted it. Having not worked in months at that point, I declined as I couldn't afford it. The next day I received a phone call that my insurance approved more sessions, so I made an appointment. In the meantime, I finally received my first bill where they were charging me $98 per session, for 3x sessions per week, for 4 weeks. That didn't include the 2 weeks I had been going since the bill was tallied and issued. So needless to say, if I couldn't afford $100, I still can't afford $98, so I cancelled all the sessions my therapist fought with my insurance company to approve. In the end- my deductible limit started to kick in so the last few billed sessions were a bit less, but the total bill with ATI is almost $1100! I still cannot get someone at ATI to answer how they let me rack up a bill without ever explaining what I WAS BEING CHARGED. All they say is "we can set you up with a payment plan." What's more, today I spoke with a customer service rep who said I was "lucky to have met my deductible limit so early in the year!" Listen- if you meet your deductible limit early in the year, you're ANYTHING but LUCKY! read more

They overbooked the therapist so you often have to work with aids they offer absolutely no privacy when doing their massages and stretches was put in many uncomfortable and embarrassing situations and now come to find out that they're outsourcing all of their office help to India you will never get another penny from me ATI therapist and AJ were as professional as they could be unfortunately ATI corporation doesn't care about your privacy and they do not respect you in anyway and again they're outsourcing all their jobs time for them to move to India read more

I went to therapy for my knee. Everyone there was very pleasant. The therapy was good but sometimes they would get a little carried away and wouldn't listen to things would say and hurt my leg even to the point of bruises. I think the pt was good but you had to be careful what therapist you get. read more

I cannot say enough good things about ATI in Minooka! The staff is energetic, friendly and make you feel really comfortable! I was recommended by my sister who attends the ATI in Shorewood, which she really liked. Her recommendation was a hit! I'd highly recommend this facility! read more
