Angelique took my call and my information and set me up for a consultation with Dr. Jonathan Burns. Dr. Burns reviewed my history and MRI and set me up with a plan to alleviate my pain. I saw Bella for my Physical Therapy and Dr. Burns did my adjustments. I am very happy to have found this office. Dr. Burns is a very knowledgeable doctor. His plan for working with my problems was spot on. Bella was excellent at working with me for my PT. She made sure that I was performing the exercises correctly. Angelique took care of my scheduling. I would recommend this office for anyone looking to get some relief from their pain.

Eric and his team take the time to get to know you and not just send you off to do exercises. The facility is spotless, the equipment is great and most importantly, they know what they're doing. That is where you find "Oak Street Health Geriatric specialists." They call themselves Geriatric specialists and they are not. Actually take your senior parent to Joliet Primary Care. You are in their building. Would you take your mom or dad with chest pain to a gas Station because it was close and you could get gas at the same time???? I hope not. This place is being looked into for Medicare fraud. I am a NP in town and we are doing it. Go to Aunt Martha's who actually take walk ins and the first question is not, "What insurance do you have?" I arrived 15 minutes early and was told by the front check in person at Oak Street Health in between eating bites of her lunch that my mom would have to be rescheduled, but only after she took both insurance cards and ID's and made greasy copies. When I questioned why was told since it was her first time there the provider needed more time. I said I am an NP in town and appointments get mixed up, and we work around it. My mom is early and 7 days post op and needs her medication and you are denying her care because your provider needs more time. This sounds like a company problem and not a patient one. Aunt Martha's would never do this to a senior elderly patient, especially one needing medication and had given all of her charts to the facility a week prior. She said you can come back another day. At this juncture the Joliet Primary Care staff up front looked like they felt sorry for my mom. The still eating check in person then stated my mom could get medication at the ER! Aunt Martha's has great compassionate care and actually spend time teaching you how to stay out of the Emergency Room Avoid this place at all costs and if you see something say something...., report them to the community like Senior Services. I had been to a different physical therapy service provider and had a horrible experience. No physical therapist available. Told to just do whatever I remembered from the first visit with no supervision. At ATI the experience was 180 degrees different. Very professional and caring service. Lots of physical therapists available at this location so lots of eyes watching and offering advice on how to do exercises correctly. At ATI they put treatment over everything else and you can feel the difference. Not just there to draw a paycheck, but they actually care about you getting better. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy.

I have barely been able to get out of the car to see Dr. K and once he adjusted me I was out of pain! Like a miracle worker! I still get well adjustments from time, but I haven't had my back go out for a while now. Dr. K really takes his time. You get treatment a few different ways while you are there. Never rushed. It took a couple of weeks to be able to walk without pain and 2 months later I can't touch the area. The veins in that leg are still the same also. I read it can take some time to heal so I'm over it. I'm not going back to get it checked out. Then recently I get a $350 bill that lists a bunch of procedures by numbers and doesn't say what they are for. I called. No answer. I called again and tried a different extension. I was told only 2 of my copays went through. Where did the others go? I had to dig through my bank statements to prove I paid. Still didn't answer my question of what were all these procedures.
