I've heard others be told how payment works, and have heard people ask how many sessions they have left that will be covered by insurance with no complaints or groans. Marcy is probably my favorite part of my visit. She remembers absolutely everyone's name and the time and days of the week they like to come in. She also sends reminder texts for appointments so they're not forgotten. What's best is that she is very flexible with appointments. There have been a few times I've been sick or had an emergency come up and she adjusts my appointments without issue or penalty. The massage therapists are outstanding. Everyone that I've meet have been awesome. They're understanding about your pains and don't take offense if you let them know they're being a little rougher than you can handle on your injuries. Likewise, if you go often, they'll also remember what massage they need to do, even if you don't go to them every visit. They are also great with remembering patients which makes the entire visit feel like a visit to see family instead of a physician. Dr. Chris is awesome! Tony was my physical therapist and was very instrumental in helping me get strength and flexibility back in my foot. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The few times that Tony was away and another therapist filled in, I was always happy with my care. I recommend PT Solutions in Woodridge highly. p.s. I wish I would have gone to physical therapy sooner after my surgery though - if I ever have my other foot done, I'll ask to go to physical therapy sooner. There are some surgeries that typically the surgeon doesn't automatically offer physical therapy, bunion surgery being one of them, but I definitely needed a therapist's help to regain normal strength and function.

M&M (now DMG Ortho) was the recommended place by all of the surgeons we asked at Edward from my wife's breast cancer treatment.

First of all, I am such a skeptic, don't believe in this at all AND I hate needles. I had been…read moresuffering with muscle pain in my right arm due to repeated use during my volunteer work. I visited my doctor in early December when I became so uncomfortable because of the pain. I could not push open a heavy door or lift anything even just somewhat heavy. I couldn't reach behind me and the pain woke me as I slept. My doctor recommended PT and I met with a therapist in January, where I was given several exercises and directions to attempt to ease my pain. I found some relief but not enough. I was still taking Tylenol and Aleve in an effort to function and to sleep. In May, a gentleman where I volunteered told me acupuncture helped him greatly. Still skeptical , I mentioned this to a relative and she encouraged me to give it a try since her husband went to Frank Grill and found this treatment to be remarkably helpful. So I went , less than enthusiastically, but I found both Angela and Frank Grill, two very kind people, assured me that this could indeed work. The "happy ending" is this. After only two treatments, I was off the pain medication. After my next treatment , I found myself able to lift items up to 5 pounds but , most of all, I can sleep without pain. I am no longer that skeptic. One of my best decisions ever. (Oh, and the needle part? I hardly knew he was "poking at me" )

I saw three neurologists, a pain management specialist, had Radio-frequency ablation which only made it worse, tried different types of pain medication and went to a physical therapist. Nothing worked. I was at my wits end. A friend recommended Frank. After 2 treatments I started feeling better. After 4 more I no longer had any pain! I was pain free for 13 months and felt wonderful... Early this fall the headaches returned. I had other health issues that may have caused the headaches to return. I visited Frank again and Voila! After 5 treatments the headaches are gone! I have to say, "It's amazing!" I highly recommend Frank. He's kind, considerate, down to earth and is wonderful about explaining the how's and why's of the practice of acupuncture. I plan to set up a maintenance program with him.
