Hmm, when I like something I don't like when it's changed…read more Not sure when it happened but they changed the açaí x2 to have vanilla protein in it and now call it "açaí part 2" or something . This means there's less fresh acai mix and instead they've added artificial powder in its place. I asked to have the bowl without the protein powder because it absolutely changes the flavor. Although they agreed to do this, it makes the bowl more watery. I also noticed they load you up with granola to the point where it feels like a really crunchy and watery bowl so at my third attempt here I asked for the granola on the side. I'm sure this place still has very loyal customers and makes items that serve their purpose but I sure am bummed. I will continue my search to look for an acai bowl place that doesn't have to put protein mix into everything.

They carefully watch our form and posture and if something is a little too difficult they find a way to adjust the exercise to make it work for you. I have scoliosis and stenosis and difficulty walking. I can feel the improvement with this 20 minute workout twice a week. I am no longer using the cane at home and walking is becoming a little easier. I have several goals but one of the most important is that I can walk longer without the aid of a cane or walker, and get back to golfing. My body is getting stronger and firmer. Devin has helped me look at nutrition closer and be more aware of what I am eating too . Both Devin and Lucas are very knowledgeable and enjoy what they do.
