Not only did She detect issues that the doctors were not pointing out, Brittany was able to come up with effective solutions to soothe or make the problems go away completely. Unfairly she wasn't able to begin working on my broken foot until months after my crucial injury. I'm sure if she was my first P.T we would have definitely had better results and understanding about the real problems sooner. Overall Brittany's professionalism even rubs off on her interns who I thought already graduated and were working as full time P.Ts. In addition I want to thank the staff and Interns who I had the pleasure of meeting during my time there. Amanda who eventually took on the role of treating me as an intern during my second term in 2024. Michelle, Rachel Samse, Kevin Myren, Mat P, Chris M, Victoria T, Kaitlyn W, and Rudy the Dog. Thank you all for your support and service.

While the provider may deliver competent care to patients, it's important to highlight an equally…read morecritical aspect of any practice: how team members are treated behind the scenes. Unfortunately, this office has a pattern of treating its staff with a noticeable lack of respect and professionalism. Staff members are frequently spoken to in a condescending tone, disregarded when offering feedback, and subjected to an unnecessarily high-stress environment due to poor leadership and lack of support. High turnover and low morale have become common themes, which inevitably impacts the overall efficiency and atmosphere of the practice. Respect and professionalism should extend to everyone in a healthcare setting--not just patients. A provider's character is just as visible in how they treat their team as it is in the care they provide. I hope to see a shift toward a more respectful and supportive work culture in the future.

She has a chronic problem, so there is no easy fix, but they took the time to really assess the problem and provided exercise to help. Lo and behold, I found myself in need of PT when the practice at my HMO was filled. I asked if I could go to this practice instead, and I am glad I did. They really take the time to understand the "why" of your problem. I appreciate that they do that and not just throw exercises at you. Now I hear, despite all my best efforts, that I'm not making progress and PT is a waste of my time. This was very devastating news. I was trying to balance PT with recommendations from other health care providers, and it was confusing when the recommendations conflicted, especially about what I should be eating. I feel like there still could be meaningful ways to engage in PT, but now I feel like I'm defective, and it's me as the person who's the waste of time. I thought things were going okay, but the way it ended, especially so abruptly, was extremely upsetting. I'll heal on my own or find someone who can work around my other challenges.
