I was contacted 5 days later with the excuse that they didn't have my number, although they could have sent me a message via the My Health app. Dr. did not offer any alternatives. I found out that gel shots are good for only 6 months, through their brochure. Dr mentioned none of this. If you're interested in paying through the nose and have bad service, go see them.

Most recently they weren't under my insurance but I went there out of pocket anyway because I don't trust anyone but Al Visnick to work on my spine. I have chronic issues with my spine and neck, exacerbated by my profession. Among his many talents, Al is an expert on the spine. Not only did he completely adjust my thoracic spine and neck to be better than ever, but he trained me to change my working environment and setup as well as my postural habits to the point where my chronic pain has essentially disappeared so long as I follow his advice. And because of the great work he did on my neck and spine, along with the simple at-home exercises he taught me to maintain it, I am able to very quickly get back to being pain free if I ever slip back into old habits. He's taught me to manage this essential part of my life so that I can work longer and more productively without any pain. I am forever grateful to him for this as I'd not be able to do my job without it. In addition to Al being a miracle worker, there's Todd, who is meticulous and amazing. My husband went to him for his chronic back issues. He used to regularly throw his back out and suffer a lot each time, but not only did Todd fix it every time, he taught my husband how to avoid re-injuring himself, as well as how to do maintenance and recovery exercises and stretched at home to the point that my husband hasn't had to go in for many years now. C. Brittany Boisvert, MD…read more After breaking my ankle (quite badly) in a motorcycle accident, I was fortunate enough that Dr. Boisvert was the Orthopedic Surgeon on duty that day. I ended up having to have 3 surgeries (over the better part of a year) in order to put my ankle back into a functioning state. During that time I came to know Dr. Boisvert fairly well. As a surgeon she is top shelf. My ankle was in a lot of pieces and she put them back together perfectly. As a communicator she was also great. Not only communicating with myself, but also with the wound doctor that was also tending to my ankle. She was very clear in her explanations leading up to every procedure that I had done, and encouraged my feedback every step of the way. I am very grateful to Dr. Boisvert!
