I came to this location for the first time about 2 years ago for the treatment of my sciatica problem and Rob Schreiber successfully treated me. I stopped taking pain medication in 2 to 3 months. Then I signed for straight training class for seniors and since then I am doing this activity twice a week. Rob design exercises for every patient individually according to their health. He is the best P therapist and instructor I have ever worked with. Now I fill much better , stronger and even younger than before. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

After receiving PT in another establishment and feeling less than pleased with the results, I got a recommendation from a well-respected sports muscular therapist in the area for PT at Boston PT & Wellness. Their PT sessions proved significantly more effective in healing a nagging hamstring injury than other PT facilities. Their knowledge, skill, equipment for sports-related injuries (from 3 different practitioners in the clinic) was head and shoulders above others. I can also say that the front desk, scheduling, and billing was smooth and effective. I wholeheartedly recommend this Winchester facility as the best sports PT my family has ever received!

I returned years later for some pain relief after I had my twin boys and I was feeling better within a couple of months. Most recently, I had some inflammation and pain in my lower back and hip. I had been suffering with this for 6 months before I went in, just figuring it was something I had to live with and hoping it would go away. In just a couple short months, I am pain free and back to walking a couple of miles a day. He did a combo of ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and low force adjustment with the activator (clicker). I kick myself for not going in to see him sooner. The staff is so friendly and you feel like you're at home. Dr. Moramarco makes a point to ask how your family is doing or simply shares a quick story about what's going on in his own life. He truly cares about his clients and I'm so glad I found them. I am kinda bummed that I needn't return now because I enjoyed my experience so much. Thanks Dr. Moramarco!

Patients crying to be transported simply from their chair into bed for 2 hours. Not an exaggeration. Witnessed multiple times. While there are exceptions, staff can be very rude, defensive, flippant, deflecting. US News quality reviews very inaccurate & misleading from what we've witnessed. Terrible. If this is one of the better skilled nursing and rehab hospitals in the greater Boston area, we're in a very sad state

Heartbreaking Experience…read more I honestly wouldn't recommend this Rehab to anyone. The staff here move incredibly slow and seem overwhelmed all the time. Most of the nurses are retired and just don't have the energy or attentiveness that patients need. There are no staff doctors, only nurse practitioners, and it feels like there's no real leadership or plan in place for anything. There's no protocol for emergencies -- during a fire alarm, everyone looked confused about what to do. We also had two power outages in one week, and instead of fixing the issue or using proper backup power, they handed out battery-operated LED lights to patients. It was honestly shocking.Language barrier is an issue especially when reciting the menu options The worst part is how long it takes to get help. I've seen patients left sitting in their own feces for up to 40 minutes before anyone came. No one deserves that. It breaks my heart to see people treated this way when they're supposed to be cared for and respected in their later years. This place seriously needs to be inspected and held accountable. Families deserve better, and so do the people living here.

While the provider may deliver competent care to patients, it's important to highlight an equally…read morecritical aspect of any practice: how team members are treated behind the scenes. Unfortunately, this office has a pattern of treating its staff with a noticeable lack of respect and professionalism. Staff members are frequently spoken to in a condescending tone, disregarded when offering feedback, and subjected to an unnecessarily high-stress environment due to poor leadership and lack of support. High turnover and low morale have become common themes, which inevitably impacts the overall efficiency and atmosphere of the practice. Respect and professionalism should extend to everyone in a healthcare setting--not just patients. A provider's character is just as visible in how they treat their team as it is in the care they provide. I hope to see a shift toward a more respectful and supportive work culture in the future.
