Elaine is a wonderful, friendly, knowledgable therapist who created a realistic plan from the first time we sat down together and has been very encouraging and motivating throughout the process. You can tell she really knows her stuff and is great at adapting a treatment plan to fit individual patient needs. I signed up for their text communication program figuring it was for appointment reminders, which I do get, but also periodic texts asking how therapy is going and what they can do to make the experience better. I love that she knows my problems and is always available at 8:30 am which means I do not have to waste my time in the morning. She answers questions about problems I am having and technical questions about why it hurts moving it one way over the other and much more. I think the best thing about this company and Kelsie specifically is that I had a customer plan tailored for me. When I was at my previous PT company, I was just pushed along the same path as everyone else and not listened to at all; it got to the point that it hurt more than it helped and caused me to have trigger point issues on my back. I would tell them something hurt and they would tell me to keep doing it whereas Kelsie listened to me and took it slow while listening to me both verbally and to my body language. My therapist, Molly, is knowledgeable, friendly and focused through our hourly sessions. Under her care, I have gained most of my mobility back. I have also worked with Elise, who was an excellent provider as well. The entire staff is friendly and greets patients by name when they arrive. Generally, appointments can be adjusted to fit the patients schedule. Parking is easy out front. The location is convenient with easy in/out. I deduct one point for the association with Ascension, who reminds us that money comes first, followed by healthcare. The paperwork is frustrating.

I had been seen and encouraged by other organizations therapists...to little avail. Adam and his co-workers really took the time to assess my issues. His approach covered so much more than I had experienced with other therapists. I mean, my back was bad, I was unable to function. So by taking that visit to assess and adjust my approach to movement, to the next visit, it seemed as though their techniques just nailed it! I did what they suggested, and adjusted my seating positions, both in my car and at home. I feel lucky that they're only located a block from home (inside Invoke's downtown studio). Note that this is an out of pocket physical therapist but I'm squeezing all the value and learning I can out of each visit. They offer pelvic floor therapy as well as traditional therapy. I love how this space is home not only to yoga and Pilates but also massage and physical therapy. Gracie has been very supportive in this process- from both the pelvic floor aspects to discussing my bone density scan and goals to get back on track. Highly recommend if you're looking for thoughtful care in a peaceful environment.
