I give two stars to my therapist, whom I thought could have had a better "bed side manner" , but what I was very surprised and disappointed about, what that every time I came there, which was for 6 weeks, my sessions were only for 20 minutes, yet my insurance was billed for an hour each time. I was told to report this by my doctor to the insurance company because they are billing under fraudent circumstances. I have not decided to do that yet. I plan my schedule around that hour,,,, it should have been honored. Needless to say, I was not improving, and my doctor sent me elsewhere. I have been going to the second place now for two weeks, and have made a ton of progress...my therapy session is scheduled for an hour, and that is the service I get... for an hour! I would not recommend this Spooner.

Even the doctors themselves are bad about leaving the door open behind them when they go through it the dietary is very difficult to work with and their food is not that great especially when a patient doesn't care for a whole lot of foods that they provide also many of the people are very dismissive when you try to speak to them about the patients condition .
