Was there yesterday and saw Dr Sabrina (not sure of last name) and she was wonderful. My pharmacy actually texted me that the received the script before I was out of the office. Unbelievable. She also gave me an x-ray order and the x-ray company texted me an hour later saying they received an order from Redirect Health wanted me to schedule an appointment with them. It doesn't get any better than this. I've also used Dr. Anthony Nelson down there and he excellent as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

After 5 days of pain I went to Urgent Care where I was given three prescriptions. I was still miserable. I finally posted a request on Nextdoor asking for a recommendation for a chiropractor. I have never been down this route but I knew I needed help and I needed help quickly. One of my neighbors recommended Redirect Health and since my primary care is at Redirect I decided to call and got scheduled immediately. I was terrified of anyone touching me or moving me but they have their ways and I honestly feel 80% better today. Dr Bob listened to my fears and was incredibly gentle with his adjustments. I wish I could remember the name of the gal that did my massage but she has the hands of an angel. I was incredibly relaxed and I feel like I'm getting back to myself again. I have had excellent care at this practice and being able to use this chiropractic care is the icing on the cake. Some medical issues need hands-on work and some need medication.... Medicine is an art and I highly recommend Redirect for all of your needs.

Michael Pappas MD has given her excellent care so I am able to recommend his services. They are well equipped for what they do as a whole. I will make one suggestion. Either make a very early appointment or get the first one after they get back from lunch. I doubt if you have to ask why but I will tell you anyway. If you don't, plan on having quite a wait to see the Doctor and don't be surprised if it is over an hour. I don't mind a reasonable wait but 90 minutes is quite a wait when you are with a 91 year old with Alzheimers. But then again, a wait of an hour and a half on average, I believe is to long for anyone. I really debated between three and four stars. I had three but Pappas really does a good job so the four is for him. Just make sure what time you get an appointment.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but sometimes a clinic offers such poor service that it's…read morecompletely warranted. I was referred to this clinic due to hand and wrist pain that I have been experiencing. They asked a lot of questions, had me get an MRI, and ultimately they couldn't figure out what was causing the pain. Ok, no big deal, they ended up referring me to a neurologist. The problem is, the neurologist never called to set up an appointment. Additionally, I've called Dr. To's office at least eight times over the last month to get a status update on the referral, and have never received a call back. Each time leaving a voicemail because Dr To's medical assistants never pick up the phone. All I can say is that I hope I don't have a serious underlying condition because there's been a ton of valuable time wasted while I wait on this clinic to do their jobs.

The staff are another reason I keep going back to Pivonka. They are incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone takes time to make sure you understand the treatment you are getting.
