One of the hardest things to find in a Doctor in my opinion. He is extremely accommodating in many different ways. I had to come into the office during Covid 19, I was hesitant as I'm immune compromised, and haven't been into the dentist/orthodontist since the pandemic. He went out of his way to find a time for me to come in, I felt as safe as I feel in my home. They are always, ALWAYS extremely clean. The staff is always friendly and smiling! My teeth look almost perfect, and he's taking the time to make sure they get to where they're exactly supposed to be! I recommend R&R 100% if you're looking for caring doctors and staff, a great atmosphere, and amazing results! I am very thankful to have Dr. Red helping my smile get to where I want it! So excited for it to get there!

Was going here through years and years of braces, retainer checkups, and a very sad farewell to the…read moreoriginal Dr. Martin who was one of a kind! But well before Dr. Rose became the main, issues were becoming difficult to handle. On top of the hour drive here for the fair prices which were well under the price gouging of my Tippecanoe country options, the mismanagement and lack of smart scheduling pushed wait times to insane delays. It is beyond me how an established setup with centuries of experience among the staff is unable to ensure appointments are easy to make and kept on time. I even popped in one time without an appointment and forced my retainer checkup into their schedule because it had become so difficult to drive two hours and wait another half hour for a five minute visit. These guys desperately need a proper system to set times and days online and reduce waits. That leads to the main problem, my feedback is ignored. I've requested an entirely plastic based retainer over five years running. I pointed out each visit with everyone how I could not wear my retainer every night due to it cutting my gums and make me bleeding by the third morning. They did not care but happily tried their pliers on the wires every year then asked if it felt better. This is why these old fashioned medical setups are going down. It is crazy enough with insurance corruptiom and corporate trash taking advantage of us to top it with basic requests being ignored while wasting hours.

Three things I absolutely…read morelove about this practice is: First, Dr Alnemi and Dr Burke are so smily and so nice and chatty! Dr Burke makes me laugh and Dr Alnemi is just so sweet. Second, they do fun things in the office! For example, for national pudding day, they gave out pudding cups when you left. And they are always doing raffles for a basket of goodies! Third, nothing ever pokes me, or is loose or broken. Some of my friends go to other offices and they always have a broken bracket, or something is poking them. But me and all the other kids I know who go to Burke, literally never have anything broken, loose, or poking us! Literally the best orthodontist in the area- BY FAR!!!!!!

Needless to say I was not going to be having my treatment with them. During my initial consult with Dr. Meehan, I had the same request and shared the same desire and he totally understood and so here I am 14 months into treatment. I absolutely adore everyone at the practice. They are professional but very friendly :) and I truly look forward to coming to my appointments . I tell everyone that this is where they should do treatment and told my dentist that this should be his first referral for anyone needing braces. Thanks Dr. Meehan and staff for your amazing work and commitment to your clients
