Years after having my braces removed, I stopped by the office to say, "Thank you for straightening things out." During the brief conversation, I told him I lived in California. He immediately told me to hold on picked up the phone and dialed. "Hello, Sweetheart, this is Dad. Mark H. He lives near you in CA. I gave him your number. You two should meet." He winked at me while she protested. In the background, I could hear her TRYING to tell him, she did NOT know me, which she wouldn't have since I grew up 50 miles away from Watseka. But well before Dr. Rose became the main, issues were becoming difficult to handle. On top of the hour drive here for the fair prices which were well under the price gouging of my Tippecanoe country options, the mismanagement and lack of smart scheduling pushed wait times to insane delays. It is beyond me how an established setup with centuries of experience among the staff is unable to ensure appointments are easy to make and kept on time. I even popped in one time without an appointment and forced my retainer checkup into their schedule because it had become so difficult to drive two hours and wait another half hour for a five minute visit. These guys desperately need a proper system to set times and days online and reduce waits. That leads to the main problem, my feedback is ignored. I've requested an entirely plastic based retainer over five years running. I pointed out each visit with everyone how I could not wear my retainer every night due to it cutting my gums and make me bleeding by the third morning. They did not care but happily tried their pliers on the wires every year then asked if it felt better. This is why these old fashioned medical setups are going down. It is crazy enough with insurance corruptiom and corporate trash taking advantage of us to top it with basic requests being ignored while wasting hours.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Cortapossi and all of the staff! We just got our braces off last month and are very happy with our new straight smiles! We have had to reschedule and change so many appointments and they have never given us a hard time about it. Actually the exact opposite. Many times we have had to take all 3 of our kids to our appointments and they never had a problem with it. In fact our 3 year old gets excited when he knows we have to go to an appt. because they are so kind and nice to him. And they also just stated a token awards program.
