Unfortunately it was due to an incident that happened outside of their property that was completely out of their control. I entered the facility extremely irate and emotional, the staff however were incredibly professional and courteous. The staff after hearing a description of the incident, was immediate and working to find a way to rectify the situation. I met with the manager Julia, Who was exceptionally helpful and understanding. The situation was handled amazingly. So thank you to everyone over there for helping to handle an extremely difficult situation with a grace and professionalism that is unmatched, you guys rock.

Really not happy with my treatment here. I got braces in 2018 and got them off 2021. Before they…read morewere removed, I expressed concern MULTIPLE times about one side of my mouth not making tooth contact when I bit down and the orthodontist was extremely dismissive and basically told me I was SOL because there was nothing more they were going to do about it and I was forced to get my braces off. That was the entire main reason I got braces in the first places. I also mentioned that my teeth seemed angled and like it was uneven when comparing right to left. I had them during Covid which extended my treatment time, and I'm pretty sure they wanted to get me out ASAP since they were no longer making money off of me. My issue with my teeth is still here today (before you ask, no, my teeth haven't moved) and I will likely need further orthodontic work to get it corrected which will entail thousands more dollars for an issue I was told would be fixed when I got my braces here nearly 8 years ago. I am experiencing increased wear on certain teeth from only making contact on one side of my mouth and it is already causing issues that are only going to get worse. Empty promises and poor results.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from your office…read more I visited your dental office sometime last year, although I do not remember the exact date. At that time, a new profile was created for me, and I was asked to have an X-ray taken. I explained to the doctor that I had already had an X-ray done and asked if my previous dentist could send the existing X-ray to your office instead. I was later contacted by your office and told that you had received the X-ray. I was then asked if I would like to schedule an appointment, However, when I called today to schedule the appointment, I was told that you could not schedule me because I had not had the X-ray taken through your office and that I would now be considered a new patient because of this. I find this extremely frustrating and feel that this is very poor customer service. If you had already received and accepted my previous X-ray, I do not understand why I am now being required to have another X-ray simply because it was not performed through your office. It feels like I am being asked to repeat a service unnecessarily, resulting in an additional cost, rather than having my existing records used.

When their pediatric dentist recommended future orthodontic treatment, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Ibrahim since the office is very close to my home. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. My boys were instantly satisfied as they got to check out a Nintendo ds and countless games during the visit. Upon meeting Dr. Ibrahim, I knew we were in the right place. She gave off those warm and fuzzies. In addition to being extremely caring, she was attentive to my boys and explained in detail possible treatment and outcomes. Fast forward almost a year later and my sons smile and bite has changed dramatically. My other son is also about to start treatment as I totally trust Dr. I and her staff. I am confident that my kids are receiving excellent orthodontic care and not the frightening ordeals I had to encounter as a child.

We were never contacted. We had to call to make a follow-up appointment. My husband had JUST finished his second failed refinement with the other provider. He was told he will now need $6500 ADDITIONAL work!!!!!!! This is no fault of Innovative Orthodontic. But, I will update after transferring his case. **Make sure you get any Invisalign done by Certified/Licensed Orthodontists. Apparently there are NO Orthodontists on staff at Invisalign... if a regular DDS wants to take a 4 hour class, they can then dispense Invisalign and treat patients.
