The receptionist at the front desk greeted me warmly and with a smile. I was checked in immediately and ask to have a seat. It felt like seconds and my name was called and I was directed back to dentist chair. The dental hygienist, unlike my experiences in the past was GREAT. She was friendly, chatted with me and was down to earth. The dental area where I was at was up to date, with state of art screens and procedures that X ray and scan your mouth and clearly show your mouth Then I met Dr. Jennifer and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She talked with me for several minute before my dental exam started. I had bad experiences in the past at dental offices where the dentist wasn't completely honest with me or I had work done on my teeth but the fillings werent done properly. In minutes after the consultation, Dr. Jennifer assured me that she could help and pinpoint the issue and she did just that. I had a filling redone with almost no pain. The best things about Dr. Jennifer is that she really relates to you and your needs. She ask me throughout the exam and procedure about my pain level, made me laugh and explained every part of process of what she was doing and why. I am assured after this visit that this woman and her great staff are the REAL DEAL and very down to earth and friendly. She even put on some of her favorite rock ballad Classics for me to enjoy while my procedure was being done. This again makes me feel like I am with a friend, not just a dentist. This place is great and I highly recommend this place for kids and adults alike. They even have whimsical creatures spinning from the ceiling to make a child feel like they are in a fantasy world. Dr. Splitt took an x-ray and started the procedure. She did not tell me that my root canal was calcified and she could not finish it. Instead of referring me to an endodontist she just sent me home. The next day my face was swollen and I was in agonizing pain. I went to another dentist and he referred me to the endodontist right away! Dr. Splitt, you should be ashamed of yourself! With that many years in practice you knew exactly what you were doing! You just wanted to get the money for the procedure and you did not care about patient in pain and all the consequences your actions could've caused. Such a person should not be practicing dentistry.
