I've been a patient of DR.Ojjeh since 2014. After my first visit, I couldn't be more impressed: not only is he incredibly fast and efficient, but he is also highly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix previous mistakes made by other dentists. (not only for me, but also for my mom!) I don't know any other doctor I would trust my teeth to. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ojjeh to anyone in need of a dentist. His combination of speed, professionalism, and expertise make him the best dentist I've ever been to. Thank you, doctor, for your excellent work! read more

When I moved to Naperville and needed to find a new dentist I did what most of us do. I asked around and did some "research" online. This wasn't very satisfying because I couldn't get the answers I was looking for. Like, are the office staff calm but also fun? So, when I come in with my stupid anxiety will they help distract me from what my brain assumes is my last day on Earth? What about the dentist's setup and tools? Are they modern or the same tools passed on from a Civil War era dentist? How about the hygienist who cleans my teeth? Will I slowly get to know their life story and become so invested in it that I look forward to my next cleaning? I found it all in Da Vinci Dental. The office is helpful, honest, and distractingly kind. The setup is modern and always clean. Dr. Ojjeh is not only a talented painter and barista but he's also able to recognize when I need a minute break before I even raise my hand for one. Give them a try, I'm sure you'll be happy you did. I am. read more

Da Vinci Dental - My post appointment latte made by Dr. O. - General Dentistry Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

Da Vinchi dental/ Dr Ojj overcharged me $1696 over what Delta explained in their explanation of benefit for me to pay for replacement of two crowns. I have been asking them for refund since June of 2024 with no luck receiving my money back! They started not answering my phone calls and sending me to their text messages with no luck getting my money or my X-rays!! I should have checked their web site where other customers been overcharged!!! I don't recommend them at all read more

I went to Da Vinci for the first time in February. The front desk and hygienists were nice but that was the only good thing. The dentist was full of himself and intimidated me into spending $600 on a mouth guard to prevent me from grinding my teeth. He showed me pictures of what can happen if I don't get the guard. Btw I don't grind my teeth. So this was back in February and I still do not have the mouth guard. I've tried numerous times to schedule an appointment to pick it up but got no where. You'd think they would follow up with me but I haven't heard a word in nearly 6 months. So here I am today with no mouth guard that I paid $600 for. Also the teeth cleaning was terrible and I am unable to get all my x-rays for my new DDS read more

I can't say enough good things about this office. My husband needed heart surgery asap but several dental issues needed to be addressed before it was possible. They bent over backwards to help us.ithey were kind and efficient and we are eternally gratefull read more

I highly recommend DR. Ojjeh, he took the fear out of going to the dentist. About 5 years ago, I had a lot of work done, including veneers, and 2 root canals. I still get compliments on my teeth today. I actually fell asleep through my root canals, that's how good he is. I think that it took 5 or 6 sessions total, to do all of the work, and I actually looked forward to each one. I never experienced pain really, anytime through all of my procedures, the worst, was flossing, and that was honestly just irritation. Other than that, my overall experience was amazing! DR. Ojjeh gave me his personal number, just in case I ever had any problems. That to me meant the most, what an amazing dentist, I can't say anything, but good about this man! read more

I've been going to Dr. Ojjeh for several years, at his previous practice and now at Da Vinci -- he is an excellent dentist. I really like that he takes pictures of your teeth to show you exactly what's going on so you make an informed decision. Take a look at the Google reviews, you'll see 5 star reviews from almost every person. I also really like that at Da Vinci Dr. Ojjeh has a digital x-ray machine -- stand still for 1-2 minutes and done for a full set of x-rays! (sure beats the old process of jamming cards/plastic holders in your mouth for 30 minutes). read more

Awful service. The staff was great the Dr. Ojjeh was rude and all he does is referral. Don't won't even give me a copy of my dental x-ray.

I called and requested an appointment as a new patient. I requested a Saturday appointment since I a work M-F downtown. The representative said they don't offer Saturday appointments for new patients, so I requested a weekday appointment and decided I would leave work early to attend. On appointment day, I was running about 20 minutes late due to a mechanical issue on my train. I called, no answer. Called again, no answer. Finally reached someone who said they couldn't accommodate me and i would need to reschedule. I never rescheduled. Weeks later, i get a bill in the mail for $75 for a missed appointment fee. I called and spoke with a respentative to explain what occurred. She said she would take care of it. Months later, I get a bill from a collection agency for $75 threatening to place the balance on my credit report. This dental office is unethical and I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. read more

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ojjeh and his staff. Dr Ojjeh did an amazing job on my inlay and crown and was very gentle and professional. This is the best dental experience I've ever received from both the staff and the doctor since they were all very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this office I don't think they could've done a better job. read more

My son saw Dr. Jame Ojjeh for a cavity, read that again, A CAVITY... and not only did he leave with the same cavity, but on top of that a broken tooth that resulted from Dr. J's not so gentle, "thorough examination." He did nothing but cause more damage and add to the list of problems, only to end the visit with a referral to a "SPECIALIST." 0/10 for this facility, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I went in for a routine cleaning as a new patient, and I suspected that I had a cavity. They took xrays, then Dr. Ojjeh cleaned my teeth and took pictures inside my mouth with a small camera. He reported that I did have 2 small cavities and also surface cracks in many of my teeth. He spent the next 15 minutes trying to sell me on veneers for most of my teeth, estimating just over $10k. Showed me numerous before-and-after pictures of rotted, broken teeth; my teeth are straight and completely intact. He said he would fill my cavities WHEN I came back for veneers. When I told him I do not have $10k, he said I could use a payment plan. I just paid my bill and left. Awful awful. read more

I went to Dr Ojjeh twice, the first time I vowed to never go back and to find a new dentist after he talked down to me the entire time and used scare tactics to try to suggest I would need several different expensive things done to my teeth. Unfortunately, after my tooth cracked I had to go back as I had not yet found a new dentist. It took 5 phone calls to get an answer and 6 phone calls to actually schedule an appointment. I had also requested an appointment online and never received a response back. After review of my scans it was determined I would need a crown but also was clear that my nerves were not touched, I also had no pain or sensitivity. Yet Dr O refused to do anything for me unless I saw a Root Canal specialist. Not even a temporary fix to hold me over until I could get to the specialist. My gum was exposed and open to germs and he did nothing. I immediately drove an hour and 15 minutes back to my home town child hood dentist the next day who took a look at his own scans and was confident no root canal or crown was needed as Dr O had insisted. Instead he numbed me up, filled my tooth and supplied it with medication. After my first visit I had a weird feeling that Dr O was scammy with all the added cost and procedures he was suggesting I may need and after the next visit I am certain that this is not a Dr I would ever trust and I will never return here. And I would 1,000% recommend that no one else go here. You will be scammed and bullied. (Side note: the hygienists/others working here are very nice) read more

Attempted making several cleaning appointments with this dental office since they have reopened from covid the outbreak. They keep pushing me off with different excuses. The receptionists are very misinformed and don't seem to know what's going on. They told me I can make an appointment for August but they can't schedule it today? It's June 17th! They told me they aren't scheduling for August yet. It's less then 2 months away? That literally makes no sense. Every other dentist is open and back to making money. Apparently, this off is managed by imbeciles. No thanks, I'll take my business (teeth)elsewhere. read more
