He actually moved it in the wrong direction for a short period of time and I have a gap between the top and bottom left teeth that wasn't there when I started. He also refused to send me aligners to hold the teeth after he released me from his practice. The aligners he had sent as retainers didn't fit my teeth at all and it was not due to shifting as I had worn my aligners regularly. They were the wrong retainers. Hours and hours on the phone with office support since Dr. R refused to talk to me... so much stress and they still refused to help I had to call invisalign corporate and they found me another orthodontist who helped me for FREE to get my retainers from invisalign, also for free. Yes, I might owe him a small amount of money but we paid hime thousands of dollars for a worse bite and a worse midline and a new gap on the side of my mouth. When I did call him to try to go back in about this he asked for 1000 dollars to even see him! I filed a grievance with the dental organization but i don't think anything came of it. The very least his office could do is send me my money back so I can go to another orthodonist and see what they can do. Seems very money focused to me.

Hours are M-Th 9-6 but every time I try to get an appt on one of those days, Dr. Moravec is conveniently not in that day. This has happened more times than not. Also, they schedule particular types of appointments during certain times of the day which do not always work for everyone's schedules. It would be nice if the office was more accommodating for the clientele they cater too which is mostly school-aged children and working parents. Maybe have 1 night they are open later or be open on Fridays as well. Just keep this in mind when you look for orthodonitists.

Well, 6 months after my son's braces were off his jaw line changed. My son went through puberty and his whole jaw shifted(elongated). His teeth are nice and straight but his bite is completely off. Would highly recommend waiting til your children are near puberty for braces. Went to a different ortho for my 3rd son and they waited until he was 16 yrs old to put him in braces.

First, this location is only open one day a week. ONE day? Next, they have very nice staff. However, they have you download an app called Dolphin to help with future communications and never answered any of our questions through the app. When I finally was able to call the other location to clear up why, she said we needed to call the Shorewood location ( but again its only open ONE day). We were never contacted. We had to call to make a follow-up appointment. My husband had JUST finished his second failed refinement with the other provider. He was told he will now need $6500 ADDITIONAL work!!!!!!! This is no fault of Innovative Orthodontic. But, I will update after transferring his case. **Make sure you get any Invisalign done by Certified/Licensed Orthodontists. Apparently there are NO Orthodontists on staff at Invisalign... if a regular DDS wants to take a 4 hour class, they can then dispense Invisalign and treat patients. This is NOT comparable to the YEARS of training an Orthodontist like the very qualified specialists at Innovative go through!!

The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. My boys were instantly satisfied as they got to check out a Nintendo ds and countless games during the visit. Upon meeting Dr. Ibrahim, I knew we were in the right place. She gave off those warm and fuzzies. In addition to being extremely caring, she was attentive to my boys and explained in detail possible treatment and outcomes. Fast forward almost a year later and my sons smile and bite has changed dramatically. My other son is also about to start treatment as I totally trust Dr. I and her staff. They worked out financing with us, and we got started immediately. One word I would use to describe Dr. Kothari and his staff is thorough. Everything was always perfect, if not, he would make changes and make it just right to improve my teeth. This staff is also extremely accommodating. I am a teacher with a lot of responsibilities, kids, and a very busy schedule. My schedule was always worked around to keep the process moving forward. They still canceled. The only time I actually spoke to someone is when they called me to Inform me that the ortho had to cancel, otherwise no one picked up the call or returned messages.
