I am a regular patient of Dr Lombardi, but I just want to thank the office for fitting me in today after breaking an old crown last night. Dr Constantine and his dental assistant (sorry, I didn't catch her name) were fantastic on putting a temp crown on for the next two weeks. Dr. Brady removed my sons wisdom teeth, a few hours after being home my son was in terrible pain. I called the office and they spoke to me like I'm a fool. I've been in the healthcare field for 22 years, I would never speak to a patient or family member the way I was spoken to. When I told the receptionist about his pain her response was "well he's going to be in pain, he had four teeth removed." She put me on hold and Dr. Brady came to the phone he was very unprofessional. As he answered he said "what's up?" And proceeded to make me feel as if my son was drug seeking due to his pain level. He said he would call something in and never did. Also they were unable to code this procedure for my insurance to cover due to Dr. Brady not being an oral surgeon. read more

I am not a regular visitor to the dentist, I had some not so good experiences as a kid. I developed a cavity, and had heard good things about Lombardi Dentistry Morris Office, so I called and set up an appointment. As someone that is not a fan of dentists, it's no surprise I was nervous going in. Right off the bat Melissa made me feel comfortable, she was very friendly and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Dr. Yonadim put my filling in, and she was fantastic. There was no pain, and the work Melissa and Dr. Yonadim did together made it easy for me to be in the chair and not be nervous. Dr. Basay is awesome! She is the dentist I've been looking for my whole life. Her and her assistants are always kind, professional and most of all care about what they do. I've been a little bit afraid of the dentist since I was a kid, when I was 3 I bit my dentist. I came from a place that was inconsiderate of the patient. But Dr. Basay and her team have transformed my smile and given me more reasons to smile too (literally).it's all the little things that make a difference, she takes the time to explain things in detail and she communicates well when working on your teeth. She was even so proud of the work she had for me she wanted to take a before and after picture, and my teeth were in amazing shape when she was done. Dr. Lombardi is a fantastic dentist. His bedside manner is great and he is very friendly. The office staff is nice and they are always willing to answer questions. I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Lombardi. He explained the procedure and claimed I would have no post opt pain. I woke up the next day feeling no pain at all and had no problems. read more
