    My family had two truly disappointing experiences at Bell and King dental office. My husband went…read moreto Dr Bell with a toothache and Dr. Bell asked where exactly the pain was, my husband described area, only to be responded with, "If you don't know exactly where it is how am I supposed to know?". Needless to say he never found the issue and he left with the tooth pain. Thinking my husband might have mistaken the situation I continued to take my daughter to her appointment. I admit the staff was inattentive as we stood there waiting to be checked in and it only went down from there. She had a bonding procedure done and as we were checking out a piece fell off. I asked to speak to Dr Bell to see if it was going to be an issue and if he could fix it while we were there. We were made to sit in the waiting area for an unreasonably long time, only for the staff to forget about us entirely. When we finally inquired about the delay, they laughed it off, which was incredibly unprofessional. We were told by Robyn he was too busy to see us and someone would call us. To make matters worse, no one ever followed up with us or offered an explanation for the oversight. This lack of respect and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise finding a different dental office where you will be treated with the professionalism and courtesy you deserve.

We still had to pay upfront. Now there is a credit on the accounts for a little less than $1,000.00. I called to see when we would get our overpayment back. They had to put in a request and stated 6-8 weeks before I would get the money back even though I had told them it wouldn't be that much to begin with. It has been over a month and when I called to check the status of the reimbursement, they stated that my husbands has been issued but my daughters is still being looked at. I asked if I could speak to someone that is actually handling this and was told that it is a big corporation and that it isn't handled in office. I asked for that person and was told that the office manager can call me back when comes back in 2 days to discuss this. They don't normally issue checks back for overpayment, they usually just leave on the account for future use. Why would they think it is ok to keep that much money? good dentistry, bad staffing and billing.

The lady on the phone was bright and cheerful (Christy). Her response was don't worry we got you, And can help you with anything. I made the appt and I can't believe now it's been over two years and my teeth are great! I actually look forward to going here. The team is great and friendly. They answered all my questions and don't rush me through. Absolutely love the team here. I am so glad I have Dr.Grady, hit the Dentist lotto when with her! This is more then a office it's like visiting friends who work on my teeth. Love it here !!! Dr. Lisa O'Grady is the best in my book.

    The service was good when I was there. But they set up an appointment for me for six months later…read morethat I had to cancel. I canceled over a week in advance and I got a bill in the mail for $150. When I tried to call to inquire about the bill I kept getting an answering machine, they don't even have call waiting. The answering machine says to leave a message and that they will get back to you. The prompt says to stop talking or press any button for the message to stop but even if you're still talking it cuts you off so you can't leave a full message. So I got about eight seconds into the message before it cut me off and I tried multiple times. It's extremely frustrating getting charged for something you should not be charge for, let alone not being able to get a hold of anyone to right the situation. I will not be returning.

He called her office around 8 am,& was given an 9:45 am appointment. She ex rayed his tooth,told him she wasn't able to save it. She did say " he could visit a specialist but that would cost over 1000 dollars & it would take days to get in." So with him having to go out of town,he let her extract his molar,but he had to PREPAY! He agreed and the DR. Proceeded to give him one shot of Novocain,waited a little while & started the procedure HOWEVER he wasn't numb,so shot #2 was given,still not numb,processed to give a third shot,finally numb. The extraction wasn't easy for him or the DR,he said. He called after this appointment,I asked if she offered any pain meds,as he said " she really had to work to remove the tooth" he said NO. I told him to go back in and ask for something in case of dry socket. He called back and said she was Arguing with him ,that he wouldn't need any & Motrin would be enough. When I got home from work at 4:45 pm, his face was swollen & he was in SO much pain! I called Dr office & explained that he was in a great deal of pain . The receptionist was very nice & said of corse. She called back after a few minutes & stated that a proscription was called in,I thanked her. Our daughter works at the local Pharmacy where it was called into. When she went to pick it up,she was informed by the Pharmacist it can't be filled because a written scrip was necessary & when the pharmacist told the DR that ,she began to argue with the pharmacist! Like I said at the beginning RUN AWAY!!!
