Yeah, not great, I need a filling replaced as it had come out after 20 years. They refused to put a new filling in saying it would not last, and instead wanted to put on a crown at ten times the cost of a filling. Funny that they said the filling would not last when the old one was there for over 20 years. even if I only got ten I would be been happy, What really made me angry was when the dentist said perhaps I could fill it myself. Beware bait and switch. They want you in the chair to tell you the cost so you won't leave, didn't work on me. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. The person on the phone had no idea what they were talking about about. I had an emergency because a filling fell out. They said I would have to make an appointment for a checkup and cleaning and X-rays and then I would be able to make an appointment for a later date to get the filling replaced maybe. read more

I don't know who they think the are but they have no respect for the clients walking in that door. My boyfriend was treated awfully when he went there. His surgeon had him go there for a consultation. I believe he was treated unfairly because of the medical card I was using. Also he was laughed at when he told them he wanted a dental implant, little do they know I have the money to cover the implant procedure and some, they assumed he had no money, that's what I could make of the situation. They where also pointing and making comments about us. They thought that we couldn't here them but we heard everything they said.
