I never went in there and asked to have them removed, and every time I would come in she would find a new cavity (very hard to believe now looking back) so then out of pocket was running between $150-300 each time, the bigger problem is one of the new composite fillings that replaced a silver filling is now a larger issue for me and will cost me well over $1200 to fix the damage she cause from the removal of the silver filling and leaving a hole in the tooth. My new dentist reviewed my whole file and X-rays and found nothing that could have been a reason to remove the silver filling. Thank god I do not need a root canal but only a crown, and this is coming from someone who has been to a dentist every 6 months since I was 3 years old. My new dentist is also friends with my previous dentist (who retired hence Dr G visit) I must have looked like a patient with $$$ signs above my head but trusting Dr G that she was knowledgeable and now to only find out some tooth damage is a bigger price to pay.

I first went to see her last June where she found 3 cavities. My fear kept me away until I finally got the nerve and went to get them done this April. Dr. Iqbal put my fears to rest, and she numbed me so well, that by the time she administered the shot, I couldn't even feel it. She fixed the three cavities and bonded by two front teeth. Today, like never EVER in my 68 years, I walked myself into Farrell Dental to get a cleaning, and I am actually looking forward to the next one in six months. If I can recommend anything I recommend Dr. Iqbal! The BEST, MOST patient, and MOST caring dentist you can come across. And the staff at Farrell Dental are on another level! I am so very grateful to my son for recommending me to Dr. Iqbal, and I am very grateful to Dr. Iqbal for saving the teeth I've got left, and restoring my smile.

They were insisting they would present me with a treatment plan ( payment plan) Not at all happy the cleaning was not done This will likely be a problem trying to get a cleaning with another dentist because I had x rays and exam but no cleaning My recommendation is to avoid this dental clinic

Dr Ross recommended a crown on one of my front teeth…read more Dr Ross ground my tooth down and made a temporary, two weeks later my crown came in and was placed, 6 months larer the crown came off/cracked off. Dr Ross told me I need to see a specialist to go over options. I chose to do gum surgery to lengthen the tooth so a new crown had something to hold onto. I had called the office several times to find out if the crown was under warranty, I was told no. I reached out directly to Dr Ross and he said he would warranty this, this was good because I knew the lab would replace it with out any questions for 5 years. I went back to get a temporary until the area Heald. Dr Ross told me that he could not put a temporary on, he offered another solution. I received a clear retainer with a tooth where the tooth was missing. I hated this. I could not keep this in while I ate, dinners in public were not happening. I ended up using a product that I purchased to fill in an empty space, with some practice I became good at making a fake tooth but it was not ideal. I did wear the retainer 3 times for a few hours, the last time I went to put it in the tooth attached to this retainer fell out. I went back to Dr Ross as my tooth/gum healed to get a build up of tooth so he could make a crown attach. I had to have a temporary done at this point until the permanent or not was done. when they did the temporary this time they pulled one out of a box that looked "similar", let me tell you this looked like a baby tooth that was many shades darker then what my teeth look like. I voiced my disapproval and was told this is how it works and it is only temporary. this did not sit well with me since the first temporary looked good and was molded into my mouth not taken out of a box and glued on like a Lego. I left the office upset and decided to call Dr roos, I had decided I would use my fake tooth product to go over what little tooth/Lego he placed in my mouth. the fake product would have been ok but I had to replace it everyday as it would stain and I was taking this off the temporary and was worried that this aggigation would unhinge the temporary tooth Dr Ross put on. I called him hoping he might make one like he did the first time. Dr Ross was not doing this, he said if this came off to just put it back on until the permanent came in, he said it should not come off anyways. well this ended up happening. I had an emergency visit with his associate who could hardly look me in the face to tell me it was not good. I had to press this Dr in order to get him to say he did not like what was done and he would never use this option. he made a great temporay. I came back to Dr Ross a few days later to install the permanent. I did not like how this looked as it was noticably shorter then the other on the other side, color was great. Dr Ross told me this is how it has to be. Dr Ross when pressed told me the first tooth cracked off because I grind my teeth, ok if this was true then why did I only hear about this problem when I had a problem and why didn't he suggest a mouth guard? I spoke to Cigna and other professionals who told me this never happens. had I maybe bit down on something hard then maybe but this was a front tooth. I am working on getting a second opinion which I regret not doing when it cracked off. It has been a month and where my permanent is the gum is tender. Worried.

I was pretty nervous going in due to it being a few years since my last dentist appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The X-ray tech was fast and efficient. The dental hygienist, Eli, was excellent. I had many questions, and he answered them all. My dentist, Dr. Mohammad was great as well! Super down to earth, answered my questions, EXTREMELY APPROACHABLE, and created a great game plan for all my issues. Was able to get me seen for my follow up in 1 day as well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the payment process was interesting. I didn't read the signage about paying for the services before the bill going to insurance. I didn't know to look for it, so I'd recommend the receptionist make sure they point out that important piece before you have your appointment, so future clients are prepared, financially. I've been going here for my braces for almost a year now. Everyone is SO friendly and you feel like you are best friends with everyone there. Angie in particular is AMAZING. Sweet younger lady. Always in a good mood and wants to hear about any concerns with your braces and teeth. She always makes me laugh and asks about my day. My wires are always snipped very short so I have NO PAIN. I love this place because they know the line between goofing around and having a fun time and being professional. They are all perfect. Dr. B (I don't know his name) is also an AMAZING orthodontist. I've been looking for a good place to take our insurance and is close to home aswell as a place that cares. This is exactly it. I will go here the rest of my life.
