My story started in May of 2016. I have never had a dental staff that is so amazingly accommodating in my life! They have so much care in everything they do from the front door to the moment you leave and then some. This staff has done extensive work on my teeth. I had a seizure and, unfortunately, killed all of my top front teeth. It took me several years (5) to find someone that would actually care about keeping my teeth in my head !!! Dr. Elena, Sara and the staff that they have so carefully chosen, are wonderful to say only the least. I am only beginning to tell you how wonderful they all are!!! This staff has a heart. That is a big deal !!! Dr. Elena is so creative! She is a dental professional that is aware of what a true improvement is supposed to be and look like. I have never liked my smile until she gave me a PERFECT movie star smile... I never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever have the ability to smile again. Now, not only, do I have the privilege of smiling again, I have the gift of a smile that will knock your socks off. =) My story is long because Dr. Elena and her amazing staff (Sara) have taken so very much care and detail in my mouth it is amazing. They make sure that you are so comfortable, it is awesome. The truth is that this wonderful staff has made me so comfortable that when I have a root canal done, it goes like this.... I come in, I take my shoes off, Sara plays my favorite music, the doc numbs me up and then I, literally ( yes, literally, during a root canal) take a nap !!! Dr. Elena wakes me up when she is done is such a wonderful and soft way. "Okay, Jo, naptime is over, you can wake up now..." There are no drugs or anything like that!!! I am saying that this whole staff makes me so very comfortable that I just take a nap ! They never let anything hurt and they make everything look beautiful!!!!!!!!!! I must say I absolutely love Eco dental. Cleanest office i ever seen.all the staff and doctor Ive met were absolutely amazing. I will never forget my initial phone call nor my visit. I had really bad experiences with dentists in general!!! when i called it was for pain in a cracked tooth i had .mind you i was looking for first available appointment. I talked to manager sarah and she understood my pain i did let her know i was kinda afraid of having this done she let me know they will be able talk to me thur the whole thing . told me how the procedure was going to take place even saved me some money since i didn't have insurance which was great for my pocket!! When i got to the office to my surprise everyone was nice and when i met the doctor even tho i wasnt schedule for a full exam she seen something that was concerning and asked if i wouldnt mind and if i had the time to do full exam. I said yes and she told me everything i needed .she h3lp me be calm thur the whole extraction. Dr. Tam Ngo, is very professional and shows that he cares about each and every patient. He offers the best dental care and services that anyone could wish for, taking his time and listens to all of your concerns. He then explains everything he is going to do and why. I had an excellent experience and I was very pleased with my dental care. I also took my son who has special needs who had an wonderful experience. After your procedure Dr. Tam Ngo explains your care at home. The next day Tina gives you a call to verify how you are doing and if you need anything. I feel in my heart that's wonderful and she explains that's what Dr. Tam Ngo expects and ECO Dental. I have never received such kindness from any other Dental office. I started going to Eco Dental in June of 2020! I was scared because I hadn't been to a new office in a while. But the staff is remarkable!! Nadine and Mayra at the front desk are super informative and will gladly help out with any questions and concerns! They schedule your appointment fast! Nadine and Mayra are truly on top of their game! The Dr's are remarkable. I fist saw Dr. Rahima and Dr. Ahmed. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Last but not least. I have to mention Dr. Wilson. He's the Dr I see now. He is truly gentle and informative and he makes you feel comfortable! I've taken my mom and dad for services too. My name is Kathy I went to this dental office for my sister Cynthia which she is disabled and needed some dental work done the first time we stepped into the office everybody was so professional and so nice. They took good care of her because she was in a wheelchair they did her Dentures there even though we were supposed to go downtown. Dr. Ahmed is absolutely amazing! I went in, not only with a fear of dentists, but also a history of having bad dentists. I'm on Medicaid/Dentaquest, which they accept, and she quickly repaired a tooth that was causing me pain, while also doing a quick fix on a chipped front tooth. The staff is also caring, empathetic and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ahmed for anything relating to your teeth. She not only does general dentistry, but also cosmetic are a super affordable price. Dr. Ahmed is highly skilled and makes you WANT to take care of your teeth. My daughter is TERRIFIED of dentists after a bad experience when she was little. After meeting with Dr Saadi for an initial consultation, we decided to move forward with the work that needed to be done. He was very thorough, explained everything as he was doing it, and made her feel at ease. She is still skeptical about dentists, but has recommended that the whole family switch over to Dr Saadi. This office was so professional, caring, and helpful. I honestly can't say enough about this place. We have been with the current staff while they were in Bridgeview and my kids loved them so much we were more than happy to take the 40 minute scenic drive to Homer Glen to continue to get exceptional, personal care. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful, especially Sara (who was super helpfuk squeezing me in when i broke my tooth). Ive had poor experiences with dentists in the past, but these ladies were friendly and really helpful. They were transparent about all of the costs and i really loved that the dentist botbonly told me what was wrong, but took the time to point it out on the xrays. read more
