As always, I give Witkowski Dental 5+ stars! I've been a patient there for more than fifteen years and have had extensive dental work done by both Dr. L.J. and Dr. Wit. Yesterday, I had a crown replaced - everything done within a couple of hours. Dr. L.J. numbed me up but I never even felt a pinch. He is so great with that! The crown fit perfectly and I was able to eat dinner shortly after the visit. I must say, the staff and customer service is also outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Appointments are on time, the entire facility is immaculate, the newly remodeled office is beautiful with state of the art equipment. We live three hours away and we will always make the time to have our teeth looking and feeling great at Witkowski Dental! read more

I'm in LOVE! I went to the dental spa ...yeah "dental spa" and the team was SPECTACULAR! I've NEVER had such a pleasant dental experience. The atmosphere is modern, clean and inviting. The receptionist was able to squeeze me in for X-rays and a cleaning... on the same day. She has no idea she's my new best friend. The "photographer" (the lady who took the x-rays) was polite, friendly and AMAZING! Jennifer (the hygienist) is a ROCKSTAR! She's patient, courteous and professional. She takes great pride in her work. Kinsey was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My "oral doctor" (LJ...the dentist) words can't describe how he made me feel... I mean my teeth. The staff here is the best! From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you're in excellent hands. For the first ever my 6-year old was comfortable enough going in for a cleaning without me sitting in the room with him. It was such a relief for me to be sure, and I think it speaks to the high quality and level of assurance that you get with this group. My Mother has gone to this dentist since she was 17 and my mother is super skeptical of dentists and doctors, thinking they're always out to screw you over and take your money so that fact that shes been going here for so long speaks volumes. Anyways, i am in my early 20's and i live downtown, my parents live in Tinley park. I decided that i was going to find a dentist downtown so i didnt have to go home for a cleaning every 6 months even though my Mom insisted i come home and see Dr. Witkowski. The dentist i went to in the west loop of Chicago did my teeth cleaning and simple filling. However, that dentist must have done something wrong because i was in agonizing pain for weeks without a reasonable explanation from him. So at that point my Mom called Dr. Witkowski's office and explained my situation. Dr. Witkowski III called me on a saturday his day off at home so i could explain the situation to him. Just from that phone call he had a hunch that i needed a root canal and told me that he could see me this week, but if the pain got too unbearable before then he would come in on sunday to see me and thats exactly what happened. I called him on Sunday in an insurmountable amount of pain and he told me to come into the office (which was closed) to see what was going on. I did indeed need a root canal, which Dr. Witkowski III has come in on his day off to do for me so i wouldnt be in so much pain. I am so appreciative of him and everyone in this office. They are both phenomenal dentists who i can not recommend enough. I will continue to go to this dentist as long as possible, its definitely worth traveling back to the suburbs every 6 months since i know i will be getting excellent dental work and excellent customer service. read more

In my 58 years, I have seen many dentist but none can compare with the fantastic father/son team at Witkowski Dental. From the moment you walk thru the door everyone treats each patient like family. A warm welcome puts you at ease as you walk in and all the staff goes the extra mile to make certain your time there is as peaceful as possible. I just had my teeth cleaned by Stacy today and wow! what a great job! She was efficient, considerate and pleasant to chat with. Then of course, the docs are just great! Dr. LJ greeted me with a big smile and asked about me, my life, my problems, not all business like some places but genuinely concerned about what matters to me...his patient. How nice to have someone care beyond just my dental needs but, actually listen to my concerns about life in general and empathize and share his opinions. Just put me more at ease. Make an appointment soon. I cannot find words to recommend strongly enough the care you will receive at Witkowski Dental. Not really sure where to begin with this review, I am so pleased with Dr. Witkowski and his practice (or rather, Dr. Witkowski II and Dr. Witkowski III and their practice). If you are in any way not 100% satisfied with your current dentist and considering another dental office for whatever reason, I HIGHLY recommend you make an appointment at this practice. They are family owned, AMAZING at what they do, and conduct their practice with a great deal of honesty and integrity. For so long I thought that the issues I was having with a previous dentist were perhaps normal and I was just being picky so I never really said anything. However, through mutual acquaintances I found out about this practice and decided to drive a whole hour and a bit from downtown Chicago to go - I figured it was worth all of the stellar recommendations I had received about them. Dr. Witkowski III fixed some issues with my teeth during my visit and for the very first time in my life, I walked out of a dentist's office feeling excited about my smile (just saying that I want to pull out a mirror and look at them again, I am so happy!). I am beyond thrilled with the results of his work, but even more so pleased with the conduct of the entire office and the overall quality of care I received. During my visit I really appreciated Dr. Witkowski III's need to over-inform me with everything he was thinking of doing, about to do, possible expectations of how things should feel, etc. And perhaps this is the small-business owner in me talking but another one of my favorite aspects of my visit was when Dr. Witkowski II came in and he and his son, Dr. Witkowski III, bounced ideas back and forth about what would work best for me and so forth - it is definitely a very family-oriented business and that really shines through in how they work with their patients. This is a fantastic dental practice. Their whole staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Lj did Invisalign braces for me at a very reasonable price. They also do the most thorough and painless cleanings I've ever had. My son went here for a cleaning just before he turned four and the staff were very gentle and made him totally comfortable. We travel an hour each way to get to the office and it is totally worth it. read more
