We were going there for years, everything was fine. Then they decided not to take Delta Dental, when we were parting ways, they said oh, but we could cover your cleanings. Which I thought was odd, but my husband talked to him and that's what Dr. Bennett told him! Me and my kids went in for cleanings, because we thought we were covered and now we are stuck with a huge bill because the Dentist lied to us about taking our insurance. Unbelievable lied straight to my husband's face. If you have Delta dental, I don't recommend you go there. My family has been going to Dr. Bennett for decades, actually since before I was even born so he's the only dentist I've really been to except for a handful of times I've been to another dentist. My most recent experience was calling Sunday night and asking for a next afternoon appearance on Monday as I felt I had an infection in my gums as I had sensitivity biting down and some swelling. I didnt realize how long it had been since i had seen a dentist until i took a sip of my starbucks this morning and felt excruciating pain radiating up the right side of my face. I left my old dentist 3 years ago and hadn't many any effort to find anyone new. My boss recommended Aesthetic Dentistry (which is only a few doors down from our office). They were able to get me in almost immediately. Dr. Barrerra performed an "emergency" root canal on me and saved my tooth! My pain subsided almost immediately. Dr. William Bennett said he had experience placing crowns in an original cross bite and would be able to provide crowns to elevate the pain in my mouth from misplaced previous crowns. It took three visits to get the New crowns corrected by his brother the lab tech. They were still wrong on the fourth try and in reverse of the original position of the teeth. I told Dr. Bennett that they were wrong and that my mouth hurt from the misplacement of these crowns. He permanently glued them in and said they were in the right place and that he would not correct them. He did not care that I was in pain or that they were opposite of my original teeth. I had to go to another dentist to take out the teeth that Dr. William Bennett III put in my mouth. Dr. Bennett wants to spend zero time with you and bill you for inept dental work. Save yourself time and money and find a professional that cares for people! read more
