Dr. Kwame and his assistant, Glennese, took exceptional care of me from start to finish. Knowing that I struggle with dental anxiety and TMJ, they scheduled extra time for my appointment so I could take breaks whenever I needed them. They were also incredibly mindful about only using the bite block when absolutely necessary since they know it aggravates my TMJ. Despite taking the extra time to make sure I was comfortable, they still completed everything faster than expected. Dr. Kwame's technique when administering the numbing injections is truly unmatched--I didn't feel a thing! The level of care starts the moment you walk through the door. The front desk staff always greet you with warm smiles and genuinely make you feel welcome. After the numbness wore off that evening, I realized my new crown needed a slight adjustment. I texted their after-hours number, and first thing the next morning I received a kind response apologizing for my discomfort and offering me an immediate appointment. When I arrived, Glennese brought me back within minutes, Dr. Kwame made the adjustment in just a few minutes, and I was on my way feeling so much better. Glennese is undoubtedly one of the most compassionate people I've had the pleasure of meeting, and Dr. Kwame's skill, patience, and attention to patient comfort are second to none. I've been a patient at Complete Comfort Dental for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to trust them with my dental care. My husband was experiencing sever tooth pain and we went to our normal dentist. He prescribed some…read morepain meds and antibiotics and sent us on our way. After a week of my husband being in excruciating pain and 2 hospital visits we decided to call up Grand Dental. I called around 10 this morning and was able to make an appointment at 2:30 the same day! We arrived and were very impressed by the facility, it was super clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. They took us back on time, took an X-ray of his cracked tooth where the pain was coming from. Dr. Kathy came in and advised that we should pull the cracked tooth as well as the wisdom tooth that was next too it that had a slight crack as well. Dr. Mark who was getting ready to leave the office for the day stayed longer to remove the teeth for my husband. He was very funny and put him to ease by cracking some VERY funny jokes. He made sure the gums around the teeth were numb and extracted them. Dr. Marks himself called my husband this evening to make sure that he was doing good and to ensure he wasn't having any problems (major props to him for the personal touch,we were completely shocked that he had called to follow up and appreciated it more than you can imagine). For the first time in a week my husband is going to be able to sleep because he is no longer in pain. We will also be switching dentists after today for the entire family. I have been going to the same dentist since I had teeth and I am more than thrilled to begin using Dr. Marks as our family dentist. Thank you sooo much! You have earned our business.

I went to their facility once and requested my records again and they asked me to fill out the form again and said they would send my records via mail. They did not want to release my records to me because I told them I planned on taking them and going to get the job finished at another dentist office. They were extremely rude and dismissive. I was not allowed to speak to a manager or any one other than a receptionist. I would never go back to this dental facility or recommend this place to anyone else.

When I called to request a correction, the billing manager falsely insisted D9110 was an 'assessment/evaluation fee' (which flatly contradicts ADA standards) and repeatedly shut me down. When I called back to get her name, the front desk refused to provide it and deflected me to a voicemail. I have officially filed formal complaints. He was there every step of the procedure and easy to access if you have a question. He's also a perfectionist: one of my plaster bite (temporary crown) things were sideways and he ordered a re-do because it wasn't exact. Thank goodness! Also a shout out to the dental assistants/hygienists. A lovely bunch of ladies who work with efficiency and care. The front desk women were incredibly kind to me. Interior is so neat!
