I mainly pull up here for the basketball court, and for that, it's not too bad. The court does what a court is supposed to do! No issues, however it use to be what looked like "gunk" and trapped bacteria from humidity on the walls are now gone thankfully, cause it looked terrible Now the rest of the gym? That's where things get a little wild. Cleanliness isn't exactly their strong suit. It kinda feels like they just gave up halfway and said, "Eh, good enough." The locker rooms and weight areas could definitely use some TLC! Especially the men's bathroom, absolutely disgusting Customer service is alright. The staff is cool enough, they'll check you in, smile (sometimes), and keep it moving. At the end of the day, if you're just trying to get some cardio in or hoop a bit, it works. But if you're looking for anything that even remotely resembles a high-end fitness experience this ain't the move!

This place has an indoor lane pool, a sauna, relatively clean restrooms, squat racks, wall wide mirrors, plenty of machines, and folks with pretty ok gym etiquette. As you can imagine, weights are never organized but I never seem to have any issues finding what I need. For more negatives, some treadmills are missing the capability of inclining, some stair masters just dont function, and some seats are pretty beat up. You can find a hole where weights are being dropped near the dumbbells and benches. But I would consider myself a longtime subscriber here. I love going with the wife and the staff members are pretty cool.

The main entrance room has fridges stocked up with macro-friendly meals and snacks as well as energy drinks, protein shakes, etc. They also have Iron Sight merch that you can purchase. Right when you walk in (and even from outside), you can hear the music. Even with noise cancellation, you can still hear the gym's music so if that's not your thing, this gym might not be for you- it's all rap and latin music so at least it's not like a Planet Fitness playlist lol. This gym is very spacious (8400 sqft). There's a powerlifting side with lots of combo racks and 5 (I think) deadlift platforms. There's plenty of bars (TSS, OHP, etc) with all the kilo weights. Even when the gym is at its busiest, I never had to wait that long to get a rack. There's also a bodybuilding side where there's plenty of machines and dumbbells to workout with. And in the far corner, you have cardio machines and turf space to warm up. As for amenities, there are only two bathrooms and the only light source inside is a LED strip light (dark green). Personally, I like brighter bathrooms so I can check up on myself in the mirror before stepping back in the gym. I also wish there was an extra table or space to put my clothes down for when I change. But in one of the bathrooms, they have extra deodorant and perfume which is going to come in real handy because this gym does not have AC and the summers in Houston are brutal. The only places where this gym has AC is the main entrance room and the posing room (yay for posing room)! In terms of pricing, the initiation fee is expensive ($100) but the monthly membership is $65 and they offer discounts to students and first responders which is nice. In terms of the gym itself, I would give it a 4/5 but the workers and owner are 5/5! The staff here are all extremely friendly and always make you feel so welcome. Not to mention, everyone who works out here is always more than happy to spot/support you! Most people don't wipe after use and leave massive sweat behind. I have tried to cancel my membership for the past six months. They make so difficult to cancel. I have not been in the gym in over a year, but continued to pay monthly. When I contacted what was suppose to be corporate and requested to cancel my membership due to medical reasons, the individual was extremely rude and dismissive. She gave me some spill about a contract. I do not have a current contract. The last contract I had was a one year one in 2023. This is 2026! I spoke with her in March and requested immediate cancellation. She did not submit the cancellation until April and said it will end at the end of April. In the mean time, I'm still be charged.

I love the member friendly layout, I never have a hard time locating a machine, & it's never too crowded. I'm one of those people who like to record some of my workouts using my tripod & this place is great for that. I love how members have access to the open room near the front desk. The room is great for body weight workouts, dancing, stretching, and more. The staff always speak when I walk in & when I leave. NOTE: There is a small food market located right next door. I think that's a major plus especially if you're headed home to cook or need to grab a quick meal or snack before heading to work.
