Stores like this shows why brick & mortar shops go out of business and people shop online instead!…read moreI would rather order ten pairs of shoes online, try them in the comfort of my own home and return the ones that didn't work out than to step foot in Fleet Feet again. The moment I entered, no one greeted me (though, subsequent customers all got a warm "Welcome In"). I waited in line at the cash register while a customer was being checked out with employee #1. Customer left and employee #1 says there are 2 customers in front of me. So I walk around and check out their shoes. I was referred to Fleet Feet from my podiatrist who recommended I come in for Oofos. I do not like to wear socks (unless going hiking, I wear socks with my Altras) and just wanted a pair of slip on shoes for everyday wear. I saw Oofos had a pair of slip on shoes and thought I would try those on so I waited. I watched 3 customers come in and they were all greeted with a "Welcome In". I watched Employee #1 help a customer in front of me and employee #2 help the second customer in front of me. Employee #3 was finally done and walks up to me and tells me "My shift is over, employee #1 or 2 will help me when they are done". I waited for 30 minutes, had to renew my parking too! It wasn't just the wait, I dont mind waiting for good customer service. At around the 30 minute mark, employee #1 who was still with his customer, walks over and asks how he can help me. I felt like he was just trying to push me out at this point. Why are you NOT giving me individual attention as you are with your current customer? I told him I have bunion pain and looking for an everyday slip on shoe. He did not suggest any items to help with my bunion pain. He did not even acknowledge my bunion pain. I mentioned I dont like wearing shoes with laces and noticed the Oofos had a pair of slip on shoes I can try. He told me to go to Beck shoes instead. I asked if I can try on the Oofos slip on shoes. He said they are limited sizes (I found out after, because that style was discontinued) and grabbed me a pair of 7.5. I tried it on anyways but it did not fit because I am a size 8. I put the shoes back, walked out the shop and will never be back again. May I suggest that Fleet Feet operate on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis given the individualize one-on-one service that can take up to 45mins-1 hour. They have a foot scan and that can take up to 10 minutes to scan, interpret the data and explain findings to their customers. I was not offered the scan either so I will not be back!

Based on our conversation, I could definitely tell that he knows a lot about shoes and running in general. He was very patient with us, letting us try multiple options and test them by running back and forth until we found the right fit. I highly recommend Heart & Sole because I don't think you'll find a more personalized shoe-fitting experience anywhere else. We will be back!

They have a huge parking lot so it was easy to find a spot. It was fairly busy inside, but I was still warmly greeted by an employee. One of the workers, I believe Kaili or Kaylee was her name, was incredibly helpful and patient with me while I was shopping around with my stroller. She was able to steer me in the direction of some nice lounge tops and leggings. I ended up walking out with a few items! Everything was very nice quality, comfortable fabric. Prices are a little high, but you're paying for the quality. Definitely will be returning when I need to re-up my workout wardrobe!

The selection here is impressive, offering a broad range of apparel and home goods that feel well-curated for the area. I was particularly impressed with the sales section; it's organized, substantial, and definitely worth a deep dive. Functionally, the store hits all the right marks: the changing rooms are kept very clean, the staff is attentive and helpful without being overbearing, and the parking at the Village is a major plus--no-hassle access which is always appreciated.
