I have seen Carhartt clothing at other stores like Dick's Sports, but since no one is there to help…read morewith anything, I never bought it. Then I went to the Market Street location in Lynnfield to get a work sweatshirt for my husband and a salesperson, who I think was also manager named Anthony helped me. I never write reviews, but he was really fantastic and deserves a shoutout! First, the way he was dressed was so fashionable and cool. And he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't ever associated Carhartt with being anything else but workman kind of clothing, but after Anthony helped me find an item for my husband, he sucked me right in and showed me clothing that would work for me! He put together a few cute outfits and demonstrated how to make them stylish. The best part is they are super comfortable. I ended up spending way more than I intended, but the clothing is very well made and I think will be long-lasting. Anthony told me the process of how they make everything and it was really impressive, also the quality is obvious. I know this from my husband, that's why he wears it for work, but I never thought I would wear the clothing as part of my daily outfits and I am grateful for Anthony's assistance. It is difficult in today's shopping world to go into stores and actually have a person who looks great, is articulate, and can truly help. It is also a super nice store! Market Street is a beautiful place to shop with awesome stores! Thank you Anthony from Carhartt for your help!

Worthy Girl is my favorite consignment store in Beverly. They cater to a younger demographic and…read morethe clothes reflect that. I love how the clothes are organized by style and size here. I've been shopping here for years and always find cute stuff. The employees are always nice and helpful, and I like that there's dressing rooms to try everything on. Prices are more expensive than a thrift store (like Saver's) but that's to be expected. For pants I've paid $13-21.

I love this Marshalls!!…read more Located in Vinnin Square for at least the past 10 or 20 years. I Give the Vinnin Square Marshalls a Solid 4 Stars.

I have been shopping here for almost a decade and always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately,…read morewhile I was shopping probably for about 15 minutes, I told my son to go look around while I shop and pick something out. He went to the toy isle and was bouncing a ball. A worker started following him around, saying don't touch that ball, and said " I wanna smack him" to someone else. The worker picked up a toy nerf gun that wasn't in a box, held it in his hands as one would hold a nerf gun and moved it from one area to another while following my son around. Then said "do you want to leave the store" and my son said no and he took the ball from him. My son told me after I drove away, I feel he targeted my son for bouncing a ball and picked up the nerf gun to almost intimidate him. If you are a mom and you think your child is safe browsing around, while you shop, be extra careful of this worker.

It took quite a while to check out but I was comfortable waiting. The person at the checkout had trouble figuring out how much change to give me, no big deal. I left the store and realized I bought the wrong skirt for my daughter after calling her on FaceTime so I went to exchange it. i was told I couldn't because I didn't have the receipt. I said it was suppose to be emailed to me, but it wasn't sent. The person I was talking to about the return was the same person who sold me the item originally. I told them I was literally here 10 minutes ago and spoke to you. They told me to call customer service because there was nothing they could do and they apologized for not sending the email. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. It's hard to explain the frustration of turning around to exchange an item and receiving no help from staff and management when the mistake was their own fault. They said they were sorry for not sending the receipt, but there was nothing to be done. What kind of business runs things this way? They made no attempt to rectify the situation. I wouldn't ever shop here again.

My husband kindly purchased their last sherpa-lined hat in stock as a holiday gift, not realizing…read moreit was actually a child's size. Since it didn't fit my adult-sized head and no more lined hats were available for purchase online, I called the Lynnfield store on the morning of 12/27 and asked if they had any more adult hats in stock (or returned) so I could make an exchange. I told the clerk the one I really wanted, which they didn't have, but they had another color which I asked them to hold for me so I could make an exchange. When I arrived that evening, the woman who I had talked to before the store opened was still working and someone had returned the hat I wanted during the day, and she set it aside for me. Imagine my surprise to be able to make an exchange with the one I had wanted all along. Great service, no hassle returns. Super happy customer.
