She asked me how many I needed and I told her I would need four. I explained that I lived an hour away and she stated she would hold them for me, asking me for my name. I drove an hour with my children (one of whom is profoundly disabled). My son was super excited, but when we got there the two girls said they just started their shift and could not find the items. They texted a group chat and told us that the girls who were on the shift before them were new hires. They stated one of them replied "maybe" when asked if they spoke with me. I showed her my call log and the girls apologized. My son ended up sick from car ride / anxiety over the situation, vomiting at the exit and we quickly had to leave. I did reach out to the store owner. She claimed she was out of town and would call me back the following day. Days later I never heard from her so I followed up in email. Instead of being apologetic for the situation and not calling me back she proceeded to shift blame and gaslight me. She said they would never agree to hold and that I should "plan ahead". I don't recommend a store whose owner does not value their customers. I am deeply disappointed in her response to what happened.

(Tip: the stores that allows dogs in have dog stickers on their windows & poop bags were provided for free!!) Kids and adult can play the free games on the lawn ( in front of JP licks) as well as enjoy the ambient with the thousands of benches and outdoor seating. I will definitely be back. Then I went to the Market Street location in Lynnfield to get a work sweatshirt for my husband and a salesperson, who I think was also manager named Anthony helped me. I never write reviews, but he was really fantastic and deserves a shoutout! First, the way he was dressed was so fashionable and cool. And he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I haven't ever associated Carhartt with being anything else but workman kind of clothing, but after Anthony helped me find an item for my husband, he sucked me right in and showed me clothing that would work for me! He put together a few cute outfits and demonstrated how to make them stylish. The best part is they are super comfortable. I ended up spending way more than I intended, but the clothing is very well made and I think will be long-lasting. Anthony told me the process of how they make everything and it was really impressive, also the quality is obvious. I know this from my husband, that's why he wears it for work, but I never thought I would wear the clothing as part of my daily outfits and I am grateful for Anthony's assistance. It is difficult in today's shopping world to go into stores and actually have a person who looks great, is articulate, and can truly help. It is also a super nice store!
