At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

Fast forward to March 4th and I still haven't received my refund and my gift card is showing a zero balance still. Yes, I called customer service several times and was directed to the District Manager ( Mr.Garcia ) who I've literally left half a dozen messages over the last 2 weeks.... NO RESPONSE !! I escalated things and tried to reach out to their corporate office ? Yup same result... NO RESPONSE !! I needed 4 kids' t-shirts during this holiday season to arrive much more quickly than I thought due to one child's tragic medical issues. 5 year old with incurable brain cancer and on 1/5 he would be receiving his 30th and last radiation treatment. It was a lot for an adult to endure and he had gone through 29 without a single complaint and no sedation. He loves orange, so his parents asked all friends and family to wear it that day as would their son and his 3 very young siblings. I sent a message to League Outfitters explaining the situation and how much it would mean to this incredible warrior of a sweet kid and his courageous-beyond-words family to get those orange T's by 1/5. On 1/5, I received a note from the family that they were delivered and so very much appreciated. I can't thank League Outfitters enough for caring. On the day this child "rang the bell," he wore his new orange T. His journey ahead is an arduous one, full of challenges for him and all those who know and love him. The backpacks that I looked at were a bit larger and heavier than what I am looking for. I perused several sandals and the first pair of Teva sandals I saw were ginormous. The sandals look like they were swallowing my feet. The sandals at this retailer are likely meant more for practicality and comfort rather than their style. I found a second pair of Teva sandals that weren't as wide and fit my feet better. They are not the cutest, but they felt comfortable when I tried them on. The staff are amazing. I was greeted by three employees. The first one greeted me when I entered the store. The second one asked if I needed anything when I passed by him while I was shopping. The last one Krissy asked if I needed help when I was looking at the sandals.
