I showed her an almost new tote bag from Amazon. Same answer without inspecting it. Such dismissive attitude; the chilly air outside was "refreshing". My husband went to return and was told I had 7 more days to come and pick other things for exchange. The no-return policy was not posted, and I was never informed of it, before or after I made my purchase. Also, the items are deceptively priced, which is why I was hoping to return in the first place. Lastly, good luck exchanging! They don't maintain good inventory, so if you're looking to exchange for sizes, they probably don't have the size you need. I would not recommend shopping here, but especially don't buy gifts here. You are setting a mom up for a very unpleasant experience when she tries to return something or exchange it. I can't believe a business can run this way and still stay open. Horrible business practices. I will be reaching out to our local government about this as well.
