Brandon was quick to answer my call and fit me in his already busy schedule. He was professional, kind, honest, and fair. I had a vision of what I wanted to do for my stairs and it wasn't easy. The existing stairs were steep with short risers and tall treads, and my wife and little girls were all a bit nervous every time going up and down them. Without completely tearing all the walls down and/or having to extend the stairs into our living room, Brandon came in like an architect and helped design and layout the stairs before he did any work. This way, I knew exactly what he was going to do, got a great visual for how they were going to look, and he was able to give me an accurate and precise estimate. He showed up prepared, and with his mobile wood shop that he custom built. Not only did it have all of his tools, equipment, and materials perfectly organized in it, but it also transformed into a full on shop with a table saw, compound miter saw and table, work bench, drill press, router table, and each tool was connected to a custom made sawdust collector. I knew from the start Brandon was going to produce a quality product, and he did just that. He made a plan, was able to navigate quickly through the typical challenges of this particular remodel, and completed it within the schedule that I needed him to. His pricing was fair and I couldn't be happier using Precision Woodworks as my design-builder for my project. I now have to triple the original budget and replace everything. I was never told upfront there was a chance I would not receive it and there was a risk to it. Every tile is perfect and they look at every detail. They bring me in on every aspect of the design, and are very easy to work with. They're also very respectful of my house, laying drop cloths where ever they walk and cleaning up at the end of the day. Tim is very good on design, and has talked me out of some big mistakes that I would have made. Their company is registered in Cinebar, but they actually do all of their work in the Puget Sound area, in my case, Auburn. Next tiling job I would hire them in a second and I highly recommend them.

I had the extreme pleasure of hiring NW ReVisionary to replace my skylight after it was allowing…read morewater in to my house. They were not only amazing to work with but got everything done in a timely matter and did a great job. They sent pictures of the process at every step so we could see everything under the skylight once all the old stuff was removed and what it looked like finished. At no fault of there own the first replacement skylight came shipped to them cracked along the frame and if it wasn't for them being honest and thoroughly checking the product we would have never known. They put that one on just to hold the spot for a new one they ordered. Within a week the new one was delivered straight to our house where they were waiting to put it on. They again did a super thorough check on the new one, which again at no fault of there own, had some slight issues straight from the manufacturer. They again made sure we were getting nothing but the best to fix it. I can't thank them enough for being honest and really fighting for there customers to make sure these things are done correctly and accurately and meant to last.
