They have tons of different home decor and other household items here. Especially during a holiday season, they have aisles and aisles dedicated to that holiday with neat, and high quality items. This was one of the most disrespectful store experiences I've ever had in my life. Christine and Elizabeth acted like customers were an inconvenience the whole time. Their attitudes were crazy -- talking over us, rolling their eyes, acting like we were bothering them just by asking normal questions. The way they handled the situation with my friend was completely uncalled for. I've never seen workers behave so unprofessional and aggressive for no reason. I walked out furious and honestly shocked that a store would allow employees to treat people like that. I will never come back to this location. read more

I went to return holiday lights and bulbs I bought before Christmas that I didn't end up using. Even though the packages were all unopened and sealed and l had a receipt, At Home will not give me the price I paid for it. They will give you the store's sale price, which is 50% off now. Out of principle, I didn't keep any of it. I don't care how cheap it is now. I will just never shop at At Home again. It's a terrible policy. My money can easily go somewhere else. I will never support a company with such bad customer service. read more

Ventured into this store for the first time. I have been wanting to check it out since they built and opened it. It reminds me of a Sam's club or Costco version for everything home related. They have chairs abound for bar or tables, they hand all sorts of varieties of wall shelving and table units. They have mattresses and a huge section of wall decor. Rows of pillows and more pillows and shower and wall curtains. Come here for seasonal decorations for the house, there's oodles of decoration options here, it's almost overwhelming. read more

They have some good decor, but the quality quality of their furniture is the horrible. Half the stuff falls apart before you even get home. You look at the stuff on display and it's all damaged. For the price you can get a better piece of furniture on Amazon or somewhere else. Stuff is built as cheap as they can possibly build. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I got a 15% coupon for my birthday that cannot be used, because EVERY order I place cannot be fulfilled. The first time was somewhat understandable, it did say limited stock at the Utica location. But now I placed another order, free in store pickup for the same day in Troy, and a couple hours later they apologize and say they are unable to fulfill my order. No limit on stock, falsely shown to be in stock on website and available for pickup. I'm starting to think they are just too lazy to process the order. I have done 4 curbside pick ups and each time I checked in thru the email stating my order was ready for pick up Each time I waited in my car for 15 -20 minutes in the designated curbside pick up area. Each time I had to go in the store and then wait another 10-15 minutes. The female manager was rude and told me she was working on my order and basically interrupted the cashier when she asked if I had been helped. The lady that brought my order told me her phone alert sounds are very low and they never hear when someone is outside waiting for a pick up and unless they look at the device they are unaware if a customer is outside waiting. So basically not until I walked into the store was my order being addressed. I hope this review reaches the District or Area manager of this store, preferably even the owner of At Home. This is far beyond a customer complaint. I was in the Troy, Mi store April 13, 2022 at approximately 6pm. I walked in with a decorative bathroom box under my arm that I brought from home. I was looking for a bathroom stand to fit the box. It's a home decor store, people come in with things from home to match, compare, accent, etc. all the time. I walked around the store and didn't find anything that fit the box I had. I walked out of the store (I was completely outside). I heard a lady say ma'am. I turned around but didnt see anyone. I kept walking toward the parking lot, I heard someone say ma'am again, I turned around and saw a lady. She said, Is that ours (referring to my box)? I said, No. She said, Can I see it? I said, No (because it was clear she was accusing me of stealing). She said Wow, how rude! There was no reason for this lady to come out after me. The alarm did not go off and that should have been enough for her. When she asked if "if it was ours, I answered her "No" but that wasn't enough. When she asked "can I see it", I answered her again. The ONLY reason she came after me is because of my race and that is UNACCEPTABLE. Without any just cause, she accused me of stealing. Her name is Kelsey. If you are a courier driver working for Roadie, UPS, I give you a little warning unless you wanna stand as a statue in the lobby here for a while to pick up a order. Do not come here. This place is basically Home Goods on steroids. They have a wide array of all sorts of home decor items. They have a huge variety of wall hangings from the campus oil prince to mirrors and giant clocks. They also have a very nice seasonal section. I saw a very nice Christmas section A couple months ago and now they have a ton of different lawn furniture. They also have a massive collection of rugs. As well as all the knick knacks you could ever imagine. If you have moved into a new place and need to redecorate look no further. However be careful, because you could end up spending a fortune here without even realizing it. read more

This store has it all- from decor to flower pots, picture frames, canvas art, outdoor furniture, cooking items, etc. Bottom line- it's all straight from China and overpriced to hell. They do carry a lot of different Christmas trees, including "boutique" trees such as rainbow, black, blue, white, and more. I got my white Christmas tree from here since I couldn't find many others in the area and it was around $99. Besides that, I haven't been able to justify spending $15+ on one tiny low quality decor piece. I had some time to kill, so I thought I'd stop in for a haj paj type of adventure. I went in looking for flower pots, as they have a huge selection, with many to choose from. It was sort of odd because it's actually a part of what the old Sears used to be. It was formerly the rental car, auto repair and I believe a portion of the eyewear sections. Including a portion of the clothing side from what I remember. This is a part of the Oakland Mall essentially. Sears is still next door, but just using the other half for At Home. This store you will definitely find knick knacks from faux Xmas trees, large flowers pots, wreaths and more. Step in and plan to walk the store in a bit of an array, but you just may find a few items. read more

I've been in the store about three times now and can say that I've never actually had a bad experience here but I've also never purchased anything in the three times I've been there. Think of this as one or two steps higher than Home Goods but five or six steps lower than Bed Bath and Beyond. The products are all mostly mid to low quality but the prices really don't reflect that. If you're looking for a good deal you need to sift through Home Goods and if you're looking for a good product you need to go to Bed Bath and Beyond. I ordered curb-side pick-up for obvious reasons. Every unit of the table I wanted was damaged so they made me go into the store to process a refund. While they were figuring it out three associates hovered around me and grabbed my phone/receipt. Only one of them was wearing their mask correctly. What made it worse is that I could see one of them after he handed me off to the others watching me with another associate from afar, he kept looking at me and looked amused - he could see I was (and still am) pissed off. I've notice that most people who have to work in these stores are apathetic - I guess I can understand the logic - they're forced to be there all day, every day. Why should they care of someone else who doesn't have to feels unsafe and is exposed like they are all day.
