Everyone from reception, the care team and discharge nurse were exceptional, I can't say that enough. I wish I could recall all of their names but when in pain that was not my priority. The hospital was very clean, inviting, and comfortable even in the waiting room. Thank you for such a great experience during a difficult time. I was in and out in about 2 hours even though the ER was pretty full.

He guided me through physical therapy post total knee replacement. His guidance was calibrated to my previous physical conditioning and expectations for recovery. Ryan was patient, exacting with his description of the exercise exercises which I would need to perform and importantly restrained me from over exercising. I appreciate Ryan's sense of humor, his communication skills, and his knowledge of kinesiology. Without question, Ryan is a superlative Physical Therapist who will guide you to recovery from any injury or surgical intervention.

Trevor not only helped me recover, but my return to running was incredibly smooth and quicker than expected. I probably listen to him more than any man in the world, and that is because he had my trust from the beginning. Trevor is patient, demonstrated every move, taught me not just what, but WHY we were doing each exercise, and since I understood it, I followed through on my homework. I have loved going to PT because I understand my body more than ever before and I have a better appreciation for running mechanics. Trevor also handled a few personal low points really well, always compassionate and understanding when I came in frustrated. I can't recommend him and the Rebound family enough. I always feel welcome and I feel like they're part of my team. I go to PT now because it makes me feel strong and confident. Everyone at Rebound is dialed in. 10/10.

It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! Not only were my doctor, the medical assistants, nurses and front desk ladies all extremely helpful, they had an attitude that made you feel like they actually cared. I do want to give two shout outs for Dr. Megan Smith and Nurse Lauren. I fully believe that Nurse Lauren saved my baby's life by sending me to the birthing center when my NST was coming out weird, and Dr. Smith had me prepped for a c section within an hour. I will always come back for any future needs.

They cared for me during both of my pregnancies and I didn't have any problems, it was fine care - not great but I never left there crying. Today I did. The steady decrease in quality of care from when I was pregnant to postpartum to perimenopausal was shocking. They failed to diagnose me with PPD after my first child was born. They did diagnose me with it and prescribed meds after my second child was born. My routine exams after pregnancy were fine until I turned 40. Then all of a sudden I want to talk about HRT and perimenopause because it's excrutiating to deal with and the first NP said I just needed to deal with my symptoms. Basically "suck it up". I asked for another provider who after some convincing, agreed to give me HRT. She was very rude and cold to me. The second time I saw her she literally barely looked at me, never smiled, gave me one word answers and seemed so disinterested. I asked her if there were any foods or exercises I could do to help alleviate my symptoms and she straight up said "No," I called and complained about her, receptionist was just as rude. Then finally I got a third NP she was the worst of them all. Barely greeted me, stone cold face and demeaner, one word answers and dirty looks!! IS THIS THE TWILIGHT ZONE?!!! I'm still a human being who deserves care even though I'm not making babies anymore. What ever happened to compassion and care? The disinterest all of these healthcare "professionals" show is quite alarming. I could and do get more helpful information from Google and Midi Health. After being a patient at ECWG for almost a decade, today was the last time I step foot in that office. Run as fast as you can away from this place. If you are not going to birth a child, you do not matter.
