Once again, the associate would not take the time to answer my questions about the functionality and features of the phone. Onalaska does not transfer your data and apps from your previous phone to your new phone without a fee, whereas other locations transfer your data for free. If you want to purchase a Verizon phone, buy it from the Holmen or La Crosse locations. The Reps at these stores are more cordial, knowledgeable and provide a far superior customer experience.

My first visit, I turned around and walked out after seeing a queue of at least five people. Yesterday, there were two staff - one person assisting a customer and the second, assisting a customer and trying to greet new customers and manage the queue. With one customer ahead of me, it took 1.5 hrs to purchase a $15 accessory for my phone and have it applied. The demand for services grossly outweighs the supply of sales/support staff. To the owners of this franchise, you really need to do better. I prefer to support local business, but the next time I need something for my phone, I'll source from Amazon or an Apple Store
