Go the Verizon store that is in the mall they are much friendlier and happy to serve us Very poor customer service at this store I would not recommend anyone going here as they do not care about their customers. Showed up at 5pm on a weekday to see about getting a new phone. They had 5 workers and 1 customer in the store. After 10 minutes someone finally approached me and said he'd add me to the wait list. Like what? After 15 more minutes of the 4 other workers walking around, no one ever helped me. Left the building and will never be back. Terrible customer service. read more

I went into the store at 9:30 AM based on guidance from the Verizon tech at the 800 number. I was just to go in and pick up two Sim cards that were noted on my account. Logan, who appeared to be the person in charge, said that would not be possible because it wasn't in his system even though the notes were right there on my account as I could see the screen. I was sold a Kyocera phone that was a POS and had gotten 2 replacements by the time my contract was up. Went in because my 3ed phone was having issues. I told them that phone was a POS and never again. The CSR promised me the new updated model by Kycera had fixed all these glitches so because I liked the screen that has never broken I was gullible enough to believe him and bought the new updated phone. 6 weeks into the contract I started to have issues, they told me it was past the 30 days to return it so its mine. Last week I plugged it in to charge it and got a buzzing sound for 10 seconds and it died. Because I was out of town I went to the local retailer there and he laughed when he saw my phone and said we don't even sell those phones here as they are junk. He looked it over and said it needs to be replaced. Because it was Friday evening I was unable to get ahold of Verizon for3 a replacement. Back home on monday, I tried for 4 hours to chat with a rep via the computer ( I dont have another phone to call) and was disconnected 4 times. Grrrrrtrr so I drove to the store a half hour away and after waiting another half hour they inspected my phone and told me it was bad but because I dont have insurance I would have to pay this one off and buy a new one ( its 6 months old and NO damage) I raised my voice telling them this is an POS phone that THEY told me it was a great improvement and how they have been lying to me. Oh, if its only 6 months old they can get me a replacement under warranty in 5 to 7 days. I laughed out loud and said their store is bullshit, their lies are bullshit, and their service is horseshit. All of a sudden they promised it the next day ( by 8 pm ) I asked the phone number to them when it does not show up and was given the verizon 800 number. Here I am the next day still waiting for my phone, I called the 800 number and have been on hold for over a half hour. Late last June I was passing thru Winona and stopped by the store because I was having trouble adding data to my prepaid iPad account. The clerk who helped me suggested I could save money by bundling my cell and iPad so I did. What I didn't know was he, either thru incompetence or fraud, assigned a new number to the iPad and did not deactivate the original number. I continued to be charged for the original account until I caught it in Nov. After spending 2 hours trying to straighten it out I got someone who finally gave me a credit with assurances that the account was closed. In April 2017 I went into my verizon account and found they have continued to charge my credit card. After 4 hours on the phone we discovered what the original clerk in Winona did--assign a new number without deactivating the old. I was told I would get a refund and the account was finally deactivated. By the end of April I found that they did not give me a refund. Another call and I was told by a supervisor that I would get a refund in 5 business days. That did not happen. Another call and another supervisor tells me the account was deactivated in April so they can't issue me a refund...and by the way, it's obvious that the prepay call center is in a foreign country. They refunded the April charge but not Dec-March. Finally, after a very frustrating hour on the phone I was transferred to sales. The sales rep talked to his supervisor and they said an order for a refund has been placed, but the refund would take 2-3 billing cycles, not 5 days. So the upshot is, this store's incompetence and the lying Verizon prepay staff, has cost me 8 frustrating hours on the phone and has yet to refund my money. read more

Busted my phone on a Sunday evening (just a basic flip phone.) I called ahead to verify they stock the phone I wanted (LG Revere) on Sunday afternoon around 5:15. Told them I was 30 miles away and was heading out right away. They said they close at 6, I told them I should be there right about 6. The employee I talked to said he would set a phone on the charger so it was ready to go when I got there. I called the store again at ten minutes to 6 to let them know I was on the bridge from Wisconsin coming into MN. They had already set their "status" to closed so the call would not even ring through to the store. I pulled in the parking lot at 6:02. Customers still inside the store, and at least 4 employees were walking around inside. I walked up to the door and found it locked. I motioned to the one employee to come to the door so I could let them know I was the person that had called them. EVERY ONE of the employees just ignored me! I rattled the door, they continued to ignore me! I stood at the front door for 15 minutes being ignored and watched the other customers carry on their business. My wife finally convinced me to just leave; so I did. We went over to Menards to do some shopping. We drove back by the store at 7:00 PM (an hour later) and customers WERE STILL IN THERE! I was absolutely furious. If you don't want to help a customer is one thing, but don't just sit there and ignore them. At the very least I would have been happy if they would have at least come to the door to talk to me. For the amount of time they were still there, they could have certainly helped me out. All I needed to do was grab a phone, pay for it, and leave! And I CALLED AHEAD. This place is an absolute joke. I will be returning to this store today and talking with a manager to let them know exactly how I was treated by their pimple-faced college night crew!
