I hear that Radio Shack headquarters is going to have to close a few hundred stores so I'm hoping this won't be one of them. It has served me well for many years. I miss the old days when they had the battery club. LOL They gave you a card for free and you could pick out one free battery a month. They would punch the card each time you picked one up. There was a new iPad and Apple Watch offer available to anyone who was buying an iPhone (Black Friday special, perhaps?) but after crunching the numbers with my partner (it calls for additional lines and a 3-year contract commitment) we realized it wasn't for us. But Audrene was super patient as we worked it out amongst ourselves. She was also not salty when my kid tracked brownie crumbs all over the store or when we started re-enacting the lift scene from Dirty Dancing in the middle of the store. Case selection was sad and overpriced but I think that's par of for the course.

Customer service is not something they prioritize.
