Most of the time I can find what I need. The guys that work there are mostly kids or young men and women and usually don't know anything about electronics so you have to be prepared when you go in. I think radio shack has become mostly about selling cell phones so it's not like it used to be. I hear that Radio Shack headquarters is going to have to close a few hundred stores so I'm hoping this won't be one of them. It has served me well for many years. I miss the old days when they had the battery club. LOL They gave you a card for free and you could pick out one free battery a month. They would punch the card each time you picked one up. I used to get a free 9 volt every month.

She was awesome!!, took care of everyone of my friends and family members when they need any electronic device or accessories. She is now a manager close to her home of New York, of which she will be greatly missed. So now I have made friends with a sales associate named Kyle. As young as he is, to me he is the male version of Victoria. Took great care of my mom when she got her iPhone 6 upgrade. According to my mom even though the store was busy he took care of her and the customers. Showing her how to work the phone. Oh boy now my mom is the texting queen, Selfies and all! Yikes!! Radio shack is still my favorite store for all me electronic accessories and phone upgrades.

Phone stopped working two days later. Brought it back. The person said, they never would have done that and given back to us. Asked how much we paid to have it fixed, told him and he said they would never have charged that much. Told us to come back in 20 minutes. In the mean time another couple was there. They had a screen put on their phone. Their phone stopped working after screen was put on. I kind of hung around to hear their resolution. He had started taking our phone apart and said the cable was broken and he'd fix it for 30.00. Told him he probably broke it opening it. He insisted we dropped it and they wouldn't give a phone back if it wasn't closed.he kept making up different stories. He called someone over to help him. That person remembered us and the phone and said, yes, he left the case open because the frame was bent. Still no resolution for the other people. They had a perfectly good working phone, still making payments on it, they change the screen and now their phone doesn't work. So mall security was called. They gave the couple their 130.00 back for the screen, but said they would never give them money towards a new phone. So they went to mall security office, so don't know the outcome. So we spent two hours between two complaints. By that point, I think they wanted to get rid of us, so they put a new screen, a new cable and a new battery and wow, the phone case closed perfectly! So, it was never put back right to begin with. They kept saying their was a 90 day warranty, but kept finding things wrong and wanting to charge us. They kept changing their stories, making both customers seem at fault. The security men stayed there until we were all set. Stay away.

Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. Prices are pretty reasonable and it helps if you purchase the Groupon they offer before you go. Unless they have to order your part, phones are fixed the same day usually. Having an S6, the part for my phone needs to get ordered but their local vendor is really quick and if in stock, they will get it the next day. I drop my phone off and they call me when its done. This does require you to put a 50% deposit down. So fast and simple and location is great and easy to find. Highly recommend them for your technology needs.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the AT&T store in Enfield, and it was largely due to…read morean employee named Bailey. From the moment I walked in, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, Bailey came across as impatient and uninterested, as if assisting customers was a burden. I had a straightforward issue, but it was met with vague answers, zero effort to explain anything clearly, and a tone that felt borderline rude. At one point, it genuinely seemed like I knew more about the situation than the person who's supposed to be the "expert." That's unacceptable. On top of that, the overall service experience was painfully slow and disorganized. I left without my issue properly resolved and with more frustration than when I walked in. For a company as big as AT&T, this level of customer service is embarrassing. If you're considering going to this location, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice--especially if you end up dealing with Bailey. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If I could hover lower than 1 star, I would.
