This store is not owned by T-Mobile. This is a third party vendor that carries the T-Mobile brand name on their store. They also added the protection plan after being told not to. Had to go in twice to get those added protection charges stopped and credited back.

We ended up having to pay full price for my new iPhone and almost full price for his new iPhone. Then we added a new line for my daughter and they told us that we had a premium package that allowed us to have an extra line but when we received our bill, they had actually charged us yet another $60. They never tell you the truth and they always increase your bill. Don't believe anything that comes out of their mouths.

Then I was told I would get a call back. 8 hours later I had to call back just to be told that they hadn't had time to look up my order number. Looking up an order number takes no more than 10 min. Update: The owner contacted me and responded with the information I needed within 24 hours of my final call. He also followed up with me to make sure the company the part came from followed through with their warranty.

Well Batteries plus is the exception to the rule. I walk in as I was having trouble with my phone. A young guy who looked as if he was 12 came to the desk to ask me what he could do...I told him my phone is not even a year old and it was charging right. He looks at the phone then looked at me and said we don't work on Google phones...ughhh but he offered to take to the back and clean the port. No guarantees...needless to say he fixed it and only charged me $10 Highly recommend this place.

I took it back, explained, etc. The tech was very understanding and agreed to make it right - a few hours later they called and said the home button broke during repair. Fine, accidents happen. We went over a few options, which seemed pretty reasonable, and we ended up asking them to just refund the screen cost and move the new battery to my wife's phone, which also needed a new one. Not the best, but given the circumstances, something we were willing to work with. We came back after the second round of repair was complete... And after getting home noticed new damage to the screen in my wife's phone (the corner is now lighter than the rest, with a nice streak down to the middle). I'm honestly not sure I want to go back to the same place for yet another repair even if it's free. 4 stars for customer service, 1 star for technical ability. 5 stars for speed of service, but if it isn't good work, does speed matter?
