Update: The owner contacted me and responded with the information I needed within 24 hours of my final call. He also followed up with me to make sure the company the part came from followed through with their warranty.

They then go through the same unplug & plug the router back in. When that does not work their solution is to send a tech out for almost $900. I work from home a few days a week & and need an Internet provider that is reliable - Nitco is NOT it.

He wouldn't come in until he put those blue shoe covers on, he insisted. Came in and found the modem took a hit during the last storm we had in Hebron. he swapped out the modem checked the connection and all was good then he left, about 2 hours later my dogs were going crazy so I went out to check the property, it was the same tech, I was just about to tell him the connections just went out, he smiled and said he and the tech department were monitoring the connection and seen the connection drop, the service tech went on a mission to figure out the issue. He did all the checks outside and inside the house, everything was as is it should be, so puzzled he was, then said let my check wireing at the cross over pole in front. BOOM that was it, the juntion box was busted open and the wires looked like a mouse was chewing through them. I have to say, "Nitco", "Tech support operator" and The service tech" didnt just call it job done, they monitored the issue until thing were fixed. Casey was working, thank goodness! After trying herself to activate them she had to call for help. She was transferred multiple times (they told her I didn't have the phones yet, though they were in front of her!) but never gave up. Casey stayed 2 1/2 hours after the store was supposed to close to get my new phones (4) activate and working. NO ONE ever gives this kind of customer service! Casey went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND helping me. Unfortunately I have had more issues since with billing and AGAIN Casey has helped ABOVE and BEYOND!! My experience with Verizon has not been the best with phone activation and billing, but Casey has been my rock through it. If it hadn't been for her, I probably would have said adios. Boost Mobile really let me down…read more I've been with them for nearly 20 years; and what happened recently made me realize they're not the company they used to be. I broke my phone and went to Walmart to get a new Boost device; something I've done several times over the years with no issue. My account was already active, fully paid, and all I needed was to transfer my number to a new phone. Simple, right? I spent $40 on the phone; and because I'm a clutz and wanted to be extra safe, I picked up a case for another $20. That's already $60, and I hadn't even started on activation. When I tried to activate the phone myself, it said the device was locked; something that's never happened before with other Walmart Boost phones. I called Boost Mobile, spoke to multiple people, and was told to visit a store to finish setup; not one person mentioned I'd be charged anything. At the store, all the rep did was transfer my number; nothing more. But just as I'm about to leave, she tells me I owe $48.55. I was charged $35 for "activation" on an account that was already active and paid for; and $10 for a SIM card that was already included with the phone. No warning; no explanation until the job was done. All in, I spent over $100 just to keep using the service I already had. My phone isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. Money is already hard enough as it is; and just when I needed a little help getting reconnected, I was hit with surprise charges and taken advantage of by a company I trusted. The most disappointing part is the complete lack of transparency and care. I've been loyal to Boost Mobile for years; but this experience made it clear that loyalty doesn't mean a thing to them. I've tried to find a way to contact someone higher up, anyone beyond the usual representatives, but there's no public information for the CEO, and no one I've spoken with has been able to offer any real help or escalate my issue. I would not recommend Boost Mobile to anyone. Find a provider that genuinely wants to help people; not one that profits off of desperation. Boost showed me exactly what they value; and it's not their customers. I posted this review on Google as well. Everyone needs to be aware.

It was located near my home in Hammond, Indiana, without the hassles of having to go to another…read moremobile store further away and sitting for hours just to get a phone. On top of that I found out that Cricket's service works underground like in a subway station in downtown Chicago and many other places, so I always have service no matter where I go unlike the other Mobile phone services like Boost and T-mobile who always lose signal & give you dropped calls. The girls there helped me get set up quick and out of the door super fast. I'll be going back for the Home Internet next.

I tried to call the store and the phone is not working, customer service can't do anything for me and I'm out a phone and 54 dollars. Worst boost mobile I've been too, hopefully they are happy losing a 5 year customer over something so small.
