What an unusual store! And dozens of suitcases of all colors! If you need luggage you will love the variety here. I'm working in the area this week and happened to see this store which is near my hotel. The furniture is very nice and extremely reasonably priced. I found a couple of couches that I would have considered purchasing IF I wasn't 3 hours from home and IF I was driving a truck. There were men's Land's End shoes for $5 a pair. A great deal! In fact everything I saw was a very good deal. I've never seen a store like this before. A fun place to shop! If I lived nearer I would stop in frequently! We definitely don't have a store like this in Carmel where I live. I'll add that everything was well organized and prices were clearly marked. This store is very clean and tidy. I'll definitely stop in whenever I am working in this area.

Everything from name-brand clothing and shoes to patio furniture and bedroom furniture, individual rolls of toilet paper, laundry baskets, washing machines, luggage, margarita mix, mirrors, giant cans of tuna, dog beds, tiki torches and lots more. Last Chance Overstock sells the things that didn't sell at other stores. It's the Island of Misfit Merchandise, if you will. (Will you?) My children had a fun time sitting in all of the chairs and couches around the store. A big portion of the store is dedicated to furniture, and the store-people are 100% OK with you and your children sitting on every couch and lying on every bed. My kids wanted to find the most comfortable couch, and they chose the one with plush corduroy that had cup holders and a USB plug. They wanted to buy it, but we live many miles away, and also, there is no way I'm inviting a couch with cupholders and a USB plug into my home. Get bent, kids. You need to look at the products carefully, because some of the things are a little worse for the wear. But for the most part, most of the items I saw at Last Chance looked perfectly fine. I wouldn't come here to find something specific, because inventory changes frequently, but this is a good place to browse and find a treasure.

This was the worst experience I've had in any store today…read more I was at this location back in October and the woman who helped then was terrific. I called ahead, and once I got there, she helped me every step of the way. I had my hair damaged by color. I was going out of town; wanted to look nice. I needed both gentle and to even my color. I was going to the Strack's next door that day and stopped in. She introduced me to demi products, which worked out beautifully. My hair isn't further damaged and I've almost grown out of the bad coloring job. She took about 10 minutes and helped me select everything I needed. I was very pleased with the store. I thought I had found a nice place to shop and it's next door to where I do my grocery shopping, which makes it super convenient. Today, when I walked in, there were two blonde haired women at the registers talking. I was pretty confident I could remember what I needed, so I began to help myself. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. Once shopping, I did ask if I had the right demi, I was in the middle aisle (close to the registers) and I could be seen from the front by the women talking at the registers. When I asked if I had the right demi, I got "the demis are in the middle." Again, there was no offer to assist. Two workers, and I was the only customer. When I first walked in at about 5, I thought they were talking work, but after a few minutes, it was clearly gossip. The one woman was loud. I looked at the gloves and there were quite a few of them to choose from. Sizes, types, quantity. None had a price, so I walked to the front to ask prices, (I thought maybe a hearing problem and why she was so loud) and I was told to just bring them up with my purchase. She'd check then. I've worked retail, and usually there's a price book. If the store isn't busy, you work the floor and another would work the register. The person on the floor would assist customers while pricing/stocking/facing. Slackers, I've worked with them. Another woman walked in as I was walking away, she wasn't greeted or offered help either. The thinner of the two women walked to the back store room. I walked over to the developer, which is right next to the store room. I asked if there was a difference in developers. She let out a big sigh, and said with a demi you'll need a 10. She stood in the doorway. I grabbed the 10, three different packages of gloves, and proceeded to the checkout. I planned to purchase more things, but just wanted the things to color my hair and to get out of there. I had more shopping to do and with how things were going, I wasn't confident I had the right developer, but I did think I had enough at home so I'd return if needed. I planned to call in the morning to check. My hair can't take more stress. When I walked to the register where the thinner woman was standing, I asked her to price check the gloves and they were pretty expensive for surgical type gloves, I told her I was going to Walmart later and would just grab some there. I didn't mention the price. Rather than set the gloves aside and check me out, she left the register took the gloves back to put them on the shelf. The heavy-set woman just stood there never asked me to step over, and didn't say a word to me. She wasn't doing anything. When the other woman came back she asked me to step over to the other register, because hers wasn't working. At this point, I was frustrated, and there was nothing I had done that was rude, or to warrant this type of treatment. I asked if there was a manager available, they said no, and I said "of course there's not and it's obvious." This infuriated the larger woman. Next, I said to the larger woman snarkily, "why did you make me wait if you're the only register open? I know, because you're too busy talking to each other and not working." The larger woman did this tough act thing with me and said "we have a life outside of here and you should mind your own damn business, bantered on about her arthritis and how she could work circles around me at double my age" (I'm 52 and she's about 60) kind of funny, but I was also pretty angered by some of the things she was saying. (there was more) I said "you're working and you're being paid to work, this is your life right now. Maybe your feet wouldn't hurt if you wore better shoes to work and not open toed sandals." She didn't directly threaten but said something about taking me outside, I laughed at her and noticed this huge tattoo on her large arm and called her trash." The other woman told me to leave, even though I was still happy to check out." I called the bigger woman f'n trash a couple times for value, and left. I'll never go there again. I've worked retail, and owned a good sized cleaning service. In no way was she supposed to be wearing open-toed shoes at work. OSHA/Workman's Comp 101, stuff drops on feet in retail. Allegedly, the manager is Tina.

Staff that sounds like they have no idea what they're taking about. I don't really blame that on the employees themselves, but the business and the training process the employees are put through. I've worked in retail in many different places, and I understand what it's liked to be blamed for not being informed. So no hate to the staff, but the company needs to train their staff better.

I agreed to the transaction and told them I would bring the phone back once I retrieved all of my information off the phone. On Jan 3, 2021, I took the the phone back to ATT to seal the deal. When I gave the phone to the employee, she informed me that I couldn't receive the $700 promotion for the phone and would have to pay for my Upgraded phone. At that point I was flabbergasted. . As big of a company ATT is, how can they state one thing and do something totally different? I'm sure I can go to another company to receive an even better offer and not have to be subjected to the inconsistency of ATT and their employees. I politely requested my phone back because again, if I am not receiving what was promised to me, there is no need for me to continue working with them. I'm already going to be charged for the upgraded phone. I was further baffled when Amanda, who's name appears on the receipt (because they refuse to tell me her name) , refused to give me my property back. So not only can I not receive the promotion but Amanda and the manager refused to give me back my phone upon my request. Amanda had the audacity to tell me that I was lucky she even told me that I wasn't going to get the promotion. This is utterly disheartening as a customer for ATT. And to make matters worst, because I wanted to get my phone back due to them not upholding their end of the bargain to give me the $700 promotion, Amanda and the store manager threatened to call the police on me. So basically she was telling me that instead of giving me the 700 they were going to keep my phone. After asking for my phone back several time Amanda and the manager said they were going to call the police because I demanded my phone back. I called ATT corporate and they informed me that they couldn't help me because this store is a authorized user and not a corporate store. Okay so now I'm getting the run around for my item. I had to leave the ATT and go to a corporate location to make my complaint. At this point the dispute has been going back and forth for two hours. The other ATT store told me they can give me the promotion if I I upgrade my phone plan. So you want me to pay a extra 1200 a year for a 700 promotion, when I could have just kept my other phone. I made the decision to upgrade based on the promise of the promotion. Make it make sense. The only way you going fix the problem of the other store stealing my phone is by me upgrading my plan to a higher rate. At this point I don't even want ATT service. This issue is still not resolved. I don't have a credit nor do I have my phone because Amanda basically stole it. Do better ATT.
