    Super impressed with this location. First went in for a screen replacement for my iPhone 6s (great…read moredeal for $40 in 20 minutes). Got it back in 15 minutes. As I was walking out, I realized the bottom of the screen didn't work correctly, so I went back. They apologized and replaced the screen and added a screen protector for free in about 7 minutes. Rebecca and Rashid were super easy to work with, kind and great examples of quality customer service. Rashid told me this is the third location he's had. First was a kiosk in 2006, then store 1 was in 2011 (still in the mall), followed by this store in 2016. With service like this, I expect them to stay around for a long time!

This premium screen is the worst tablet screen I've ever had. It takes longer to clean the fingerprints off of it. It's more reflective, so it's harder to see with bright lights above. It doesn't get as bright, so it's harder to see when sitting outdoors even in the full shade. The color tint is cooler than normal, so whites look bluer. The edges of a full white screen have a slight purple cast. A block of white next to block of black sometimes has a slight red cast. Colors sometimes shift when moving, e.g. white on black text can look bluish or greenish while scrolling. Sometimes when scrolling there's a weird flicker in parts of the screen. The brightness is not consistent around the middle point -- there's a glitch around the middle setting where setting the screen brighter makes it dimmer and vice versa. This can make the screen unexpectedly flash when auto-brightness is enabled. There are several places where touching the screen or holding it on the back causes dark spots to appear. If I knew the screen was going to be this bad, I would've bought a screen protector for my cracked screen or bought a new iPad. The lowest end iPad would've had a smaller, but much better screen at a lower price. There is nothing premium about this screen other than the price.     I have dealt directly with Scott Foss the manager several times. Initially he was professional but…read moregrossly undertrained in simple tasks like porting over a phone from another provider. As things progressed over a couple months he is still undertrained on issues as simple as understanding and explaining a monthly phone bill. Very disappointing to see this from a "manager". Oh I almost forgot a biggie! Near zero customer service skills when things aren't going his way. On two other occasions I witnessed his inability to handle customer service issues and watched Scott shouting at customers and escorting them out of the store. In his defense both customers were a bit out of line but certainly did not deserve the treatment they got from Scott. All on a bunch of cameras in the store for upper management to see.

The evening after my visit the representative, Terrence, contacted me on my personal number with what he described as his personal phone. He then proceeded to make several sexual innuendos which I did not reciprocate and then proceeded to share unsolicited pictures of his genitals while making foul remarks. I took screenshots of the entire conversation and gave them to his manager, Nikki, who assured me that he would never trouble me again. Roughly a week later, I received what felt like a threatening message from Terrence around 1AM asking if he could "trust" me. He stated that he knew where I lived. I reported this as well with assurances that AT&T would handle this issue. I drove by the store today and saw that he was there, working. AT&T does not care about customers or their safety. I am now considering legal action against AT&T for sexual harassment and emotional distress. BEWARE!!!!!

Received yet another offer in…read morethe mail for their fiber internet service this week offering a $200 Reward Card for signing up. Filled out the form & at the end they tell me Uh-oh! Something went wrong & to call 844-813-2504 so we can help with your order. Called the first time & got dumped to a voice mail eventually that said the voice mail box has not been setup. Called the second time & requested another line which dumped me to another line that had a person who was speaking english? She thought! Anyway she was going to transfer me & ten minutes later came back on telling me she couldn't contact anyone & to please be patient. I told her I would give her 5 more minutes & then disconnect her. 5 minutes passed & I told her goodbye with a 10 second countdown. She finally called back & said she had someone on the line & they proceeded to tell me the $200 Rewards Card was only available if you order on-line. Better known as bait & switch in marketing! I told her this is the same BS they tried to pull on me when I was trying to setup a landline phone line when my 95 year old Mother-in-Law moved here 12/1/2021. They assigned her a phone number used by Stanton Optical, WTF! Anyway, If your looking for internet service in Mishawaka, IN I would look elsewhere if I were you. If your looking to save some money on a landline phone line call Community Phone Company or visit their FB page & start saving almost 50% per month today, you'll be glad you did. Entering the adult world I didn't know about all the things that you have to do. Joshua was super patient with me. We had wonderful conversations while we had to wait 30 mins for my old phone to transfer into my new phone. He explained things in ways I could understand it. He never got annoyed when I asked to look at multiple cases or screen protectors and he would explain how each of them are different. I felt very safe and understood working with Joshua S. Amazing service. I hope he sees this and is recognized for his wonderful service.
