They lied to me. I got the promo were you trade in your old phone and you get the s21 5g free and all. I got 2 lines. The guy said I wouldn't have to pay any trade or service fees. Just my 120 for both lines w/ unlimited bc I upgraded one of the phones to the ultra and next thing you know I got hit with a 340+ dollar MY FIRST PAYMENT MY FIRST MONTH!!! He said the activation would be a certain amount for both phones and nope, literally doubled plus other fees he didn't mention. The manager even got in the action man and they were trying to push other sales. Stick with online or the 800 numbers. For real, atleast when you speak to them it's monitored and recorded. The service is good but they don't need a lie to make money! I'm very satisfied with my phone and at&t service but very disappointed with the GM lady and my sales rep. the whole experience with AT&t is pretty awful over all I had hoped that experience in a retail store would be better but it never worked out that way a long wait time uninformed staff who really can't explain anything for example I was being charged a $30 upgrade fee because I paid $1,200 for a phone I asked him to explain to me what the upgrade was in that I was paying $1,200 for a freaking cell phone why were they charging me $30 for the privilege of using the number that I've had for the last 10 years with them paying them no less than $350 a month for over a decade. Nobody could explain that to me and nobody seemed really interested in trying. AT&t is like a company run by the old Soviet Union it somehow manages to function and keep its behemoth position in the world but nobody wants to work there nobody wants to buy their services and nobody is happy. read more

The staff are simply not interested in selling to customers. With only one other customer in the store I had to wait for 20 minutes before a second guy ambled out from the back who then grudgingly told me what I had to do to get wireless service in a second location. But dont buy our phones, break down in a year and its cheaper refurbished online. I already have AT&T wireless and a full range of AT&T services and am an AT&T stockholder. I expect better. Terrible experience l, I went in with my elderly grandmother to cancel my late grandfathers phone. We were told that only the manager can do this and they had no idea where she was or when she would be back. We came back in a couple hours later with no luck. They never called me as they said they would. The next day after over an hour of waiting we finally got to speak with her. On top of that, the manager was not even wearing her mask over her nose per the CDC guidelines. All the other customers in the store seemed to be getting poor help as well. read more

This has by far been the best costumer service I have recieved at a retail store. Went into the store with some billing issues and Sammuel helped me and resolved my issues. Exceptional way of treating a costumer. Never felt pressured by him to get any extra lines or services provided by AT&T. Everybody was very friendly at that store. read more

OK, three stars, bordering on two... we'll see if I ever find need to go back. I bought my first and only cellular phone here (an iPhone) about 16 months ago. They were quite helpful to be honest, but still, I left a little confused about what the actual bill would cost per month. Still, the rep was helpful, even putting the fancy cover over the screen of the phone. He also stuck with me until we were sure the phone was activated and until he was sure to show me some of the features of the device. Fast forward to more recent times. I called to see if we could transfer my wife's phone over to my account, creating a family account. I mentioned that her phone was currently on a business plan from her former place of work. "No problem" they said. "Just come on in and we will make the switch" they said. Needless to say, it was not so easy. We spent an hour there, ultimately to learn that they cannot actually transfer from a business plan on the weekend. Fine, but I wish they had told us that when we called in advance. Unfortunately, I think this is indicative of customer service training learning more towards the idea of "get the customer in to the store, then deal with their actual questions." Simply put, I don't agree with this business ethic. Anyways, while in the store, I also noticed that the majority of the products available (cases, ear phones, chagers, etc), had no price tags. Really? A retail store that doesn't tell you the cost of the products up front? Odd selling scheme if you ask me. The store itself is very clean. The staff serve you with a smile, even when they can't actually be of any real use. And the products carried appear to be well varied for the AT&T consumer. In all honesty, I think this is likely exactly what any and every AT&T store across town would be like. This just happens to be the one closest to my home. read more

Unbelievable poor service, just tried to add a data plan to my ipad. Spent 30 min last nite on the web site trying to sign up. They took my $30 and confirmed my sign up, yet the pad said no service, called tech support this am, talked to 2 people, no help, told to drive to the store 35 miles away to have a new sim card installed, went to the store, took 45 min to get service, drove home, no service, called tech support, 32 minutes no fix, told to go back to the store and get another sim card. Called the store, said all their computers were down, and no they didnt know why the pad said no service. Called to cancel the service, they said they couldnt, call back tomorrow the computers were all down. read more

Visited this store for the first time to see if they could work with me on moving over from Verizon and purchasing 2 new phones. The Manager, Luis, helped me as the other 2 agents in the store were occupied with new customers. I had had a very good conversation the day before on the phone with an AT&T saleswoman. From the time Luis started helping me to the time I chose to leave, it was very apparent he was "inconvenienced" having to help me. He merely pulled up the online site and told me -- here are the best deals. I had to provide him particular information regarding what I was looking for as he was very disinterested. I was so unimpressed with his customer service, I left, went to Costco, and made my purchase. This manager is not doing this store any favors. And, may explain why only 2 people were in the store at 1130 on the day before Thanksgiving. read more

Scratched my iPhone 5 when I took my phone in to have my SIM card replaced. And are extremely rude. Do not visit this store.

I am a basic user of my smart phone and had a few questions about it and I also wanted to know why it had recently malfunctioned. I'm a long-time AT&T customer and had purchased my phone at this location. The "tech" could not have been more openly bored and disinterested. The short time I was there, he constantly chewed gum and turned his head away from me as he scanned the room. He showed no interest in helping me to find the answer to a specific problem. He didn't seem to know very much and his demeanor and lack of customer service skills were extremely off-putting. read more

I had set up a payment arrangement for a future date. On the day of the arrangement my intention was to go to att store to pay my bill well before I can go there they turned off my phone we have been with att with 4 lines for like 10 years have spent lots of money with them and this is what you get. I'm very disappointed and am now seeking service somewhere else. This is not how I would treat a long time customer. I have been an AT&T customer for a really really long time and so has my boyfriend. When he first got his Galaxy S3 a long time ago, we made sure he had got the insurance because it was a brand new phone etc. Months later I got my iPhone 5 and didn't want to get the insurance because it would cost $9.99 a month plus a $200 deductible when I would want to make a claim. Not worth it for me. We then merged our accounts and we now pay a lot for two people, but we thought it would be worth it for the service. Fast forward to two months ago. His mom accidentally dropped his phone and the screen was now cracked. We go into the store to make a claim because we knew he had got the insurance. They look in the system and they tell me there's no insurance for his number. I told him I know I had been paying the insurance because I would see it on the bill each month. Turns out, I had been paying for insurance for my iPhone when I clearly told them I didn't want it. So then we find the original receipt that had the insurance on it and we call AT&T customer care. They said we should come in because they don't have the ability to see the receipt. So we come in a second time with the physical receipt showing we purchased the insurance on the device. The rep checked in notes and still could not find anything. She then called just like we did and nothing... Finally she comes to realize that when we merged our accounts they took his insurance off, for no apparent reason, and without telling us! I was absolutely frustrated at this point and demanded something be done because none of this was our fault. So the best they tell us is that they'll give him an early upgrade in August. Fast forward to August. We come to the AT&T store (a third time) excited to get him his new phone after all the hassle even though we know we're going to end up paying a lot more than the $200 deductible we thought we would have. So he picks out a new Galaxy S4 but then they tell us he can only do the early upgrade for an iPhone. He definitely did not want that as he had already made his pick obviously!! It was really frustrating. So we wait for a few minutes, the rep and who I think might have been a manager go to the back to figure it out. So they were going to be able to give him the S4 if we bought $150 worth of accessories! Are you kidding?? Plus the early upgrade on the phone we ended up paying about $550. Might as well buy the phone upright. The only good thing is that they separated the payment on the phone for a year and he can upgrade in a year as well, but I know we're going to end up paying a lot more than what we should have.
