Beware, the employees in this store do not give their customers warranty information on the…read moreaccessories they sell. They charged us $50 each for screen protectors when we bought our phones. They put the protectors on for us and didn't say anything about a warranty or registering for a warranty. They kept the packing materials so we had no idea there was a lifetime warranty. Several months later we both needed new screens. When the store opened after being closed for Covid they happily sold us two more screen protectors and charged another $100 on our account. They were not allowed to put them on so I did it at home. One of the covers was damaged when I put it on. I went back a week later and told them about the new screen being damaged. They gave me a number to call for a replacement. When I called it was the warranty department for the makers of the screen covers. Only then did I find out they charged me again for an item they know was under warranty. The store refused to do the right thing which was to credit my account. When I asked them if their employees are told not tell about warranty information they asked me to leave the store! Will not set foot into another Verizon store. Not when they knowingly steal from their customers and then try to justify it.

It's evident to me this store and its employees are not in the business of assisting Sprint customers in need. Don't be fooled by the large Sprint sign above the door or the ample Sprint literature and posters on display. I offer a strong word of caution against anyone in the Downingtown area thinking of Sprint as a valid choice for cellular provider. The service coverage is awful, as is the area customer support.
