We experienced terrible customer service when we asked for assistance with the set up of our new iPhones this morning. A female with pink hair refused to provide help and made snippy remarks when we mentioned that a customer who left the store as we entered seemed very disgruntled. Needless to say we did not respond in a positive manner. I'm not sure if the employee was lazy or utterly incompetent, or both but as a long time well paying customer her attitude was not tolerated. I suggest you avoid that store unless you want to lied to or treated disrespectfully. read more

These guys made a mistake and it cost me $400. They quoted me on a trade in of a iPhone 10s and they were wrong on what they would give me as a credit. No it's too late. Can't get that phone back. Payment is way higher than it should be. Went there and called and the manager just said the person who misquoted me would be "reprimanded". DOESNT CUT IT. Give me back my money. read more

I was mailed a new sim card. Couldn't get the sim card drawer open with a paperclip, as the directions showed. Online directions said I could go to the store and they would do it. Went to store at McClintock and Baseline. Young woman wouldn't touch my phone, just handed me a tool, slimmer than a paperclip. Then told me to call 611 from my other phone to activate the new sim card, assuming incorrectly that my other phone was AA&T also. That seemed odd, so I asked again about the 611, and she looked up the 800 number. I handed her the pen (which was wet?) that she had handed me, but she wouldn't touch that either. When I got home and made the call, the automated AT&T system said my sim card was already activated, and I could see that on my phone; she was wrong. Just mail the tool with the new sim card. And get staff who actually do their jobs. read more

We came into this ATT with a LOT of work to do, combining lines, upgrading lines, changing plans. All told we were there for 2.5 hours. Jill was very helpful in getting us everything we needed and answering every question we had. read more

Had an absolute nightmare of an experience here trading in my phone with AT&T Next. The store never shipped my old device back to AT&T and I got a letter from AT&T saying I would be charged for both my new and old device. Come to find out THIS ISNT AN AT&T OWNED STORE. IT IS AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER. Although AT&T requires authorized retailers to have signage on their doors stating that that are authorized retailers this store does not. The store manager ended up giving me my phone back that I had already traded in 40 days ago that was still sitting at their store and I shipped it myself to AT&T. Corporate returned the phone to me and said it was past the return deadline and I would continue to be charged for both. I spoke with the new store manager who never got back to me. I had to cancel my service with AT&T, sell my new iPhone 11 on eBay losing over 200 dollars on the sale from fees and shipping, and go back to using my old iPhone. This store did nothing to help and it is completely their fault please avoid this store like the plague. read more

Update 2 : 25 days later still no screen protector, no call back. Update 1 Nick said AGAIN they would mail me a new one after he said they already sent three (which they did not) I STILL DONT HAVE A SCREEN PROTECTOR Terrible customer service Nick the manager will pretend like he's going to help and then just blow you off. They had me purchase 3 screen protectors and said that I can come in whenever and get it changed out. So I came back to get a change and they told me they discontinued that and that they don't do that anymore and they have to outsource it so they have to mail it to me and it will take two days. It's been two weeks and for phone calls later that none of my phone calls have been returned after they said they would call me back that day. They still don't even have a tracking number for my screen protector and told me that they can't help me because they have customers in the store and apparently me being a customer doesn't matter. I asked to speak to the managers boss because he's not doing his job and lied twice to me about calling me back. I still have no screen protector and they aren't doing anything about it. He keeps telling me to be patient but I think waiting 2 weeks after I was supposed to get it in TWO DAYS is pretty fucking paitent. read more

Do not go to this store. Horrible customer service and management. I went in to get a new SIM card for my phone. The lady at the store said she couldn't help me and to call AT&T to order one. I didn't think that was accurate because a few days earlier I was told to go to the store for a new SIM but I went to my car and called AT &T. They said to go back into the store and ask to buy one if they wouldn't put one in for me and they would reimburse me over the phone. The lady in the store said she wouldn't sell me one or help with getting a new one. I was still on the phone with AT&T and they couldn't believe what the lady in the store was saying to me and had no clue why she wouldn't help me. The lady on the phone apologized over and over again and kept saying she had no clue why they wouldn't help me. I drove down street to another AT&T store and they had a new SIM card in my phone and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I learned my lesson so you don't have to learn yours. Do not go to this store! Even the lady at the second store I went to said there is no reason for what happened and they get complaints about the store on Baseline and McClintock all the time. read more

Att as a whole is horrible!!! I made payment arrangements, had it set up for a specific day, and they still suspended my service. I had to use my sons phone to have it turned back on. THEN the arrangement didn't happen because they didn't pull the amt from my card. So I had to make a double payment this month because they wouldn't extend my payment despite their error. I will NEVER refer anyone to Att and now am considering moving to a different provider. Att customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! read more

I received excellent customer service from Ernesto, the store manager, and Brian, an ATT regional manager on Saturday, April 23, 2022. I had stopped at another location to check pricing and was told that I didn't have the correct information with me. They told me I should pay for the phone now, and then bring the other information later. I declined and said that I'd pay when I could take the phone with me. Later that day, when I went to my usual Baseline and McClintock ATT location, I found out that the other store had: 1) put a new phone in my account, 2) sold me a more expensive phone than what I had requested, and 3) disconnected my current phone number. Upon hearing this, of course I was livid. Ernesto and Brian worked with me to get all of the errors corrected, and out the door with the phone that I wanted. I want to truly thank them. read more

Terrible location . Took me three visit to realize how bad they are. Zero assistance on three visits other than to pawn my problems off to "corporate " or Apple. Essentially so they can continue to sell. That is all this store will do is sell you, and from what I picked up while in the store they are miserable at that. Obviously, based on the other reviews here, my experiences at this store are not unique. My first time in this store was about a year ago. My mother and I waited for about 15 minutes, but no one even acknowledged our presence, so we left. Last night, my husband and I went into the store to get his phone number changed. There were no other customers there, only two employees. We told them why we were there and they told us that if we change a phone number in store it would be $25 and if we call customer support it would be free. My husband and I said that we didn't know that calling support was an option to change a phone number. One of the employees responded with "Why WOULDN'T you be able to just use customer support?" We said because usually they need proof of identity and they said no, just go call customer support. On top of that, when we got home and called Support, they told us it was a $36 fee. I told him about our experience at the retail location, so he waived the fee. Apparently they only employ people with terrible work ethic and poor attitudes. Don't come here for anything. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. They are an authorized AT&T store and it's so ridiculous. They have messed up my account several different ways from the very beginning. First they didn't know how to port my phone number. Now I returned a line and they didn't return it correctly therefore it's still showing installments. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I'm at a corporate AT&T store in Arizona mills and they have had several complaints on this store. And have had to fix their mistakes. While in the corporate store we noticed several people coming from the store on Mcclintock to get issues corrected. Worst experience ever. I feel like I should have never left Verizon. read more

I was trying to unlock an AT&T device that was already paid off and asked for help... instead of giving me the AT&T unlocking website service which is free he gave me a third-party unlocking service that cost $40 after I said I wasn't looking to buy anything and switched carriers. Too sleazy I've been in sales for years and it's about customer relations not filling my own pockets. read more
