I'd give zero stars if I could. My story is too long but I'll try a condensed version. The manager has zero clue what she's talking about. I had a decent plan prior to going there but the manager convinced me she could save me over $100 a month. I have 10 lines, which I know isn't AT & T's issue. So, she told me I'd save $100+ a month. I was very concerned about changing anything because you can't go back once you change but she talked me into it because I was spending WAY too much money and she was going to fix that and blah, blah, blah. She promised me that I wouldn't lose my employee discount and all the other perks I had after being a customer for almost twenty years. I had two phones to trade in and only got credit for one. Couldn't prove I turned in the phone even though I took a picture of the receipt because their printers weren't working the day I was there. I'm still not getting credit for the one phone. I hesitated going to that store in the first place because I had a bad experience there once before but I bit the bullet and went. Ugh. At the end of this, I was screwed royally, lost my employee discount and my bill is OVER $100 more a month. I'm trying to work with actual AT & T retention department to try to fix this mess all these months later. There is so much more to this story but you get the gist. Just don't go. Stay away from that place. They truly do not know the rules of AT & T. read more
